WHY CAN’T I OPEN THE LID AFTER USE?
After use, the temperature of the residual steam indide the tank is still too high, so we recommend that you unplug first, and push jet key and fully discharge the residual steam, you can then open the lid as normal.
WHY CAN’T THE STEAM CLEANER KEEP THE HIGH TEMPERATURE ALL THE TIME?
The steam dissipates heat very quickly, so we recommend that you always keep the power on during use.

Love this! Item arrived same day and I couldn’t wait to get down to work. Instructions are easy to use. Heats up quickly, around a minute. I tried out all of the attachments and they fit well and worked. This is great for the nooks and crannies around the house.

I am loving this to deep clean my house. I have used it on the bathroom, the stove, and now the refrigerator. It works so well. I love that it is chemical free cleaning. Just remember to wait 3 or 4 minutes for the green light before you start to use it. I can’t wait to see what I can clean next.

Better than the others!
I bought the Verosky steamer as well as one from Bissel. I tried both side by side and I prefer the Verosky! It’s easier to grasp and squeeze, cleans well, and heats up quickly. Can’t wait to use it around the house!

Great job . But has cons
Preface —— pre treated my area with cleaner before I started using the steamer.**********************************The power is there — like a power washer, however doesn’t last. It’s like the power can’t keep up with the temp of the steam. As the indicator light will go off and on — during use, which means the water is not at full temp. Therefore the power will go up and down.Does a great job. Used in my shower — only really used 2 attachments ( but comes with lots more ). Attempted to use the extension hose — but it is not stiff. It is flexible so it is hard to manipulate the hose and hold the pot at the same time. This would be better suited if you were doing like a cabinet or appliance where you could sit the pot down and still have access to what you are cleaning. Think of an old timey floor model vacuum cleaner. The hose “walked” with you cause the canister was on wheels.Another con — the pot was cracked but didn’t hinder the cleaning or the water reservoir.The cleaning time was just as the instructions said — 5 to 8 minutes. You get a rhythm going and then wham, you are out of water. Def Con —You cannot “see” into the container. There is an opening “window” of sorts — but it is frosted and you can’t tell when the water is gone. In, addition, you can’t “shake” the container and “hear” if you still have water? The weight only changes a little when the pot is empty.Def a Pro— you can turn it upside down — using the brush to get into the hard to reach grout ( as I was in the shower) the water does not leak out.Love the fact that you cannot refill the container — while there is steam build up — otherwise you would get burnt. Think of radiator on a car — that steam is hot! Follow the instructions and release COMPLELETLY all the steam — you will feel the difference in the cap. It will be loosy goosy and spin and spin… then it will tighten up and you fill the seal release. *** note *** some steam will still escape after you release the cap, even though you “emptied” the steam. I used rubber gloves the entire time. If my hand did go in front of the steam — I still felt the heat thru the gloves.I tried to use the squeegee that came with it — as a soap scum remover — this didn’t really work well. However just as a glass cleaner ( as a whole ) highly recommend. Might work great on mirrors too. Haven’t tried that.Overall I was satisfied with the cleaning with steam principle. My shower was gross and nasty and it was spick and span afterwards. It did take about 2 hours to do the entire job — cause you have to stop and refill .. since the container only holds 280 ml of water. It does come with a cute little cup with funnel — which helped a lot because the reservoir opening was very small.

Lightweight but works great
This steam cleaner was a great buy! It’s lightweight, it heats up fast, it holds a good amount of water, and its output is great. I’ve been using it for almost a month now and it has handled every job I’ve tried it for. I use it on my baseboards to get dog slobber and dirt (Saint Bernards–if you know you know), in my sinks to get a nice heavy duty clean, and in my shower for hard-to-reach small spaces that hold mildew.I add a little bit of essential oil to get a nice clean smell and the whole house smells amazing when I use the steam cleaner. It comes with a whole bunch of attachments to tackle any job. For under $50 it’s a definite recommendation from me!

Works well small tank
This thing works great for steaming furniture and clothes window seals and even cleaning a engine bay like what I was using it for. My issue are it has such a small tank for water and that the hose is so big it’s are to move around a engine bay to clean up oil and crud

A good household steamer.
We got this for our son who owns an older home. The first time he used it was on a section of his patio and it worked very well. He plans to use it often and his wife already has a project list for him. We only saw it in action one time but it seemed powerful and had a nice steam pressure.
