Check your color choice.
I had the multi colored checked by mistake. I could have gotten over the multi color but the rapid blinking was not acceptable for this application. It worked well and did what it was supposed to do. I had to reorder the steady white.

DON’T PURCHASE!
I do not like this! This is the SECOND one I’ve ordered and I loved the first one but this one’s lights do not twinkle. That is the whole purpose of getting it. It’s supposed to look like water coming out of the water can. It looks totally different when the lights stay solid. I just went back and check the comments and wouldn’t you know it says some customers say their’s twinkle and some say they don’t. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! And it wouldn’t let me give it NO stars so I had to settle for one!
