Sleek modern look. Great functionality.
Looks sleek and stylish. I like that the number pad goes blank when not in use (simple tap wakes it).Installing was fairly easy.Using is easy and quick. Setup via the app. Key code and fingerprint are quick to respond. A nice feature is a green bar across the top and a voice to indicate success. And a red bar and voice to indicate locked. Nice visual and audible reminders.The app also provides remote access and it is quick to open and easy to check on the lock status.

Great Lock at a Great Price!
I have used a lot of exterior door locks, but this one works great. Love that you have four ways to open the door (fingerprint, key, code, and app). It has been installed for three weeks, and the fingerprint reader has worked flawlessly. The app is easy to use to create codes for guests or vendors.

Solid smart lock with great potential, but the app needs work
We installed this Philips smart lock back in November 2024, and after six months of daily use, it’s been a mostly positive experience. The lock itself is reliable and the battery life is impressive—still running strong on the original set of batteries six months in.The fingerprint reader is quick and convenient, but works best with dry fingers. If your hand is damp, you might have to try more than once. For locking up when leaving, you can either trust the auto-lock (which can be a little inconsistent) or press and hold any number on the keypad to lock it manually, no need to punch in a PIN to lock it.It does have a physical key option with a hidden keyhole, which is a nice backup to have just in case.Now for the downsides: the app experience really needs improvement. It frequently logs itself out, which is frustrating—especially when you need access in a hurry. That said, the app does make it simple to assign permanent or temporary PINs, which is super helpful for giving access to guests or service people.As for Google Home integration… it’s hit or miss. Sometimes it links and works perfectly. Other times, Google Home acts like it’s never seen the device before and you have to relink everything from scratch. It’s unpredictable and a little annoying.The auto-lock feature could also use some fine-tuning. It occasionally locks itself while we’re still home, seemingly without reason. Thankfully, we haven’t had any instances of it unlocking on its own.Bottom line: the hardware is solid, the core functionality is dependable, and it absolutely adds convenience to our home. Once the app and smart home integration are polished up, this could be one of the better smart locks on the market.

this lock is a great addition to my homes security. the self lock is great if you have kids who forget to lock the door. also the fingerprint works great unless its raining. the touch pad works great and make my door look great. this has good battery life and has an option to use a key if the battery dies. definitely worth the money

Very Reliable!
Really happy with this smart lock! It’s easy to use, looks sleek, and I love not having to carry keys around anymore. Setup was quick and the app and bluetooth connection works great. Feels secure and makes getting in and out way easier!

So Far, So GREAT!
I have only had this lock for about a week now, but so far it has been the best smart lock we’ve had! The previous one we had died quite frequently and I was changing the batteries in it 1-2 times a month…4 AAA batteries a month is insane! So I bought another “high end” brand to replace it and it was just the WORST. So here we are lock #3 and I finally feel some satisfaction!-Installation is EXTREMELY easy and fast!-The battery life seems to be pretty good, but I will update if that changes.-App setup is easy and the app functions well-The lock itself looks sleek and modern-The lock responds pretty fast any way you unlock itI love this lock so far, hoping it holds up to the test of time!! Again, I will update if anything changes!

Almost perfect
I think it’s a great product with one caveat. Amazon Alexa doesn’t work well with it. “Alexa, close the front door” returns an error and then says it can’t connect when it works from the Philip Home Access app. I shouldn’t have to unlink and link it every time it fails. The Philip app is nice, and setup was easy for the different fingerprint profile and code profile.The key option is really nice as well, as our Schlage keypad lock got loose and we had more than a few issues trying to get in (would just rotate and not lock or unlock). The key option is a nice option instead of worrying about getting locked out.

This is one of my all-time favourite purchases! I don’t know how we lived without it! The fingerprint, for us, is key because we don’t want our kids knowing a code and telling everyone, so we just programmed their fingerprints and they don’t have the code! I like that you can program a guest code and easily set when a code will be active or not! So much functionality! We’ve had it for almost a year now and we haven’t had to change the batteries once!

This review may need adjusting over time, but this is my day one review.Order delivered as promised. Everything needed for installation was in the box. Installation was quick and easy. The lock works exactly as promised with the Phillips app. The fingerprint scan is instantaneous.Though I’ve specified the right network and password I’ve tried to connect the Bridge without success and that’s been very frustrating – the only reason I am giving 4 stars.
