Average lamp with extraordinary customer service
Almost a fantastic lamp. The globe is not clear as it should be, some of the trim was peeling but easy to glue down. Customer service is immediate and helpful. This is almost a fantastic lamp, a little more quality control would help. Customer service made it right, I kept mine and enjoy it at a discounted price. Just have to silence my OCD over the grubby globe. Love the fairy Lights and the charger. I would buy from this seller again, hoping the products eventually Match the high quality customer Service. They seem very sincere.

Poor quality lamp construction
The filament lights in one globe were lumped together on one side and clearly not evenly distributed inside the glass so it appeared lopsided compared to the other lamp. Also the globes are not cleas, assuming dust is adhering to the glass inside. Cleaning the outside of the glass didn’t fix the problem. The glue used to wrap the jute to the top of the lamps was not cleaned off. Very sloppy. Because I opened them, removed the lamp base, and fixed the filament, they can’t be returned. Would not buy or recommend these lamps.4/9/2025 UPDATEWhile my opinion of the lamps has not changed, I have to say that the seller reached out to me with gracious kindness. They said they will investigate my concerns and offered a refund. Perhaps future purchases of these lamps will improve as a result. One thing is for sure… This is a wonderfull seller to work with.
