Great custoemr service
I really like these compact smart plugs, I’ve had them several years and they work great with the Kasa app and Alexa. I changed routers and couldn’t re-register my units with the new router. I had a customer chat with Anjanette and she very patiently walked me through how to resolve my issue. Good customer service is a sign of a quality company.

The plugs aren’t the ideal shape/size but that’s whatever. They work seamlessly with Apple Home. Built well enough. I got these on sale for 30 bucks during the holidays, I’d say that’s about the most you should pay. I use either a phone or an ipad to interface with the various lamps I have plugged into these. Easy initial setup with the Kasa app

Easy configuration but operation louder than expected.
All 4 plugs configured properly with TPLink Casa App. Amazon app then recognized the new devices and prompted to add them to a location.They seem loud when they operate from on to off or off to on. Maybe it is just this type of plug.

Love them! Great buy!
One of the best purchases for our house. We connected these to our lights in our bedroom and living room. I gave it 4 stars because it was a little difficult connecting them to our home system. I ended up using a YouTube video to show why it wasn’t connecting and eventually everything worked great. (Could just be an me issue haha) Overall, works so well and would definitely buy again.

OBSESSED with these devices
I might have a problem: I have 30 of these things powering various lamps, speakers, and neon lights scattered throughout my home. They integrated seamlessly with my Alexa devices, so all o have to do is tell Alexa to turn on X device and—presto! No getting up. No searching for switches. No reaching awkwardly behind furniture. All my guests are super impressed and I feel like I’m living in a promised future of convenience. Get the four packs to save $$.

Es mejor comprar las extensiones por calidad y precio que los pequeños individuales. Ya que los pequeños seguido se desconfiguran y no vuelven a prender por alguna razón que desconozco y hay que desconectarlos y volverlos a conectar.

Integración con Kasa muy efectiva, la única parte que encontré confusa es que una vez que se abre la aplicación y se añade el dispositivo (este debe estar conectado y parpadeando en azul/naranja) hay que momentáneamente SALIR de la aplicación KASA e ir a configuración para desde ahí buscar el dispositivo en la lista de redes WiFi (aparece como TP_LINK y algún código numérico fácilmente distinguible) y manualmente conectarse a él (desconectándose de la red principal del lugar), una vez hecho esto, de manera automática la aplicación termina el enlace y queda establecido ya sin complicación alguna. Son facilísimos de configurar con la aplicación de manera intuitiva, muy versátiles y hasta ahora, extremadamente confiables, los manipulo desde la casa o cuando estoy fuera de la ciudad sin ningún problema.
