This useful little product keeps both our grill cleaner and our utensils clean while in use. I appreciate how easy it is to use, clean, and store. Quality mat at a reasonable price. I think it’s durable enough to outlive 2-3 griddles/grills/smokers.I like the ability to pick it up after cooking and take it in the house to wash it. The orange looks good and matches the accents on the Blackstone. And it fits perfectly perfectly on shelf and or extended shelf attached to the griddle.After cleaning I store it in a tightly sealed bin (with other utensils and accessories) in the cabinet under my Blackstone so that it’s ready to go when I need it.
