Well built and easy to use.
I just purchased this earwax removal kit and it really is impressive. It came fully charged and after downloading the app I went right in. The case that comes with it is very sturdy, and the camera wand seems to be solidly constructed. When I first put it in my ear I was a little surprised, I did not remember it was heated. It seemed a little warm at first, but after some use I barely noticed it.There is a learning curve to using the remover. but after 5 or 6 minutes my hand eye coordination evened out to a useable level. Definitely go slow and use the provided guard to limit how far you can insert the wand. I used each type of tip and for me, the scraper seemed easiest and most efficient to use. The tweezers are a nice addition but seem to be limited with the silicon covers.The camera provides a nice clear picture. I did not experience any freezing or loss of signal during use. My biggest disappointment was that my ears were actually pretty clean already so I didn’t have much to do.A couple of suggestion, if you have excess ear hair you might want to trim it before using, as in such a small space the hair can limit your camera view. Also I found it useful to remove the tip and insert the camera without one. This provided me with an unobstructed view to kind of map out where the wax was and a general layout of the ear canal.One other thing, the manual really doesn’t provide any detailed cleaning steps for the devise and tips after use. I placed all the tips I used in a small bowl with water and dish soap to let them soak then just used my hands and a paper towel to remove any remaining wax, rinsed and let air dry. Since silicon is involved I would not recommend using rubbing alcohol.

Great Quality and Design
I had been looking for a good ear cleaning camera tool for a while, and I finally went with this one after seeing all the positive reviews. It’s a little more expensive than the cheaper ones, but honestly it’s totally worth it. It makes cleaning way more accurate and way safer than using Q-tips. Received this great gadget since my old ear cleaner stopped working. What an upgrade! Comes well packaged in a great storage box. Didn’t realize you could use it for your nose, and throat (it comes with a nose and tongue depressor attachment). The case securely holds both the camera stick and all the ear cleaning spoons you could need.I was a little apprehensive about using the tweezer attachment, but when done correctly, they really are nifty and safe.My husband gets a lot of wax build up in his ear and I was able to get large scoops easily.I also used it inside my pups ear since he was scratching to see if he had anything in there since he won’t let the vet look into his sensitive ear (yeah I know that isn’t labeled as such for dogs but it worked).Hoping my granddaughter never has an ear infection, but I am confident this will work effortlessly to see if she needs to see a physician.All of the little attachments are coated to make them soft inside the ear. It is very light weight and easy to handle.The only issue I had was a little trouble connecting the wi-fi, but once I read the DIRECTIONS setting it up was quick and easy.Great value for the money. Costs less than a visit to the audiologist for an ear cleaning.
