all my customers are satisfied and the manual is so easy to understand on programing, I do lot of rekeying locks at my work also outside work so this is so easy for me. the best thing with this is with remote and card no need wifi and comes wit regular keys

Broken in one day
Do not buy this door handle!! We purchased this for an office door to replace a Honeywell keypad doorknob that has been in use for 5+ years and it finally retired, I liked the gimmick of the fobs and that this one looked like it was well built but that assumption was wrong. First off the install instructions are plain unusable, lucky the guy installing it is handy and was able to figure it out. Once you get it installed and go to program it that’s an adventure in itself almost seems like you need to be a computer programmer due to the lack of the instructions making any kind of sense.Once you finally get it programmed I t’s a hassle to always have to put the user code in front of your passcode, which in itself has to be 6 digits, so in the end you have to input and 8 digit passcode plus the # sign, switch boggles me that they didn’t just label it with an unlock icon to make pressing it more natural. Why can’t it just be a 4 digit code like every other keypad doorknob? But the most frustrating part of this doorknob is that it took ONE day to completely destroy itself (see pic) the latch housing completely exploded inside the door, luckily the door latch got stuck in the retracted position otherwise we would of had to call a locksmith to open the door. So save yourself the frustration from unusable instal instructions, confusing programming process and extremely poor quality and just buy name brand don’t get baited by the gimmicky “extras” of the fobs.

best keyless door lock for our medical office
I’ve been searching all over amazon for the right lock for our medical office for months. Finally decided to go with this one after emailing back and forth with their customer service rep to go over what we wanted out of a lock and how the features of this one could fit our needs. First before jumping into how good the product is, I just want to give a shoutout to James from Colosus who was so attentive to what we wanted and would even ask us follow up questions that made us realize we needed to approach this purchase as more of buying a system and not just a lock. Here is what sold us on this product:1. The ability to connect all NDL302 locks with key fob/code2. Open mode which keeps our front door open during business hours for our patients3. Remote control which allows our receptionist to unlock the door for patients to come to the back right from her seat.4. Key fobs for our doctors and codes for our other employees5. The best 1-on-1 customer service reps that attend to you and follow up with you to make sure that everything is running smooth.If you’re looking for a digital lock system for an office, I would highly recommend talking to James from Colosus or just email or call them to see if this lock is right for your needs. I just wish they also had a team that would come install this because that would be the complete package.

Missing parts
Missing parts and damaged. Missing keys,hardware to install. Door jam plate bent and different size.Would like these replaced so product can be installed

Beautifully made and engineered lock!
My only problem was that my installation left a small gap between the lock and the door, In trying to reduce the gap, I overtightened the screws and I believe that they stripped. Do not overtighten the mounting screws! They are soft stainless and strip easily.

A++ customer service, not lost in translations!
I’m really impressed with the whole presentation of this product when I unboxed it a few days ago. With locks that looked similar, with some discouraging reviews, I took a chance with this one and I’m glad I did. There’s a pretty well-written English manual on how to program which was also nice plus a link to an installation video. The only critique I have is the way they explain the levels of users which is confusing at first but makes sense when you put it in a situational perspective. I contacted their customer service team about this confusion when programming, but right away I got a response (like within 10 minutes, very good first impression) and was able to program all my codes and key fobs. They have exceptional customer service and I’m not sure you’ll get that with other sellers selling this product at a lower cost. Love it and will update my review in a few months if I find any issues.

Not a Permanent Solution
Had it for about 3 and a half years. And it just started to have random failures. It would do this weird reset where it would forget the codes and key cards. It’s not a “factory reset” though. A factory reset will allow the keywords to work again. I love done that before and it the key cards work after that. This is different. It’s not a weak battery issue (the batteries are brand new) and it just refuses to allow any extra pass codes or key cards to work.It’s a shame cause I rather like the idea of a key card for my front door, but when a product that is supposed to be a fixture on a permanent structure can’t even hit the 4 year mark… save your frustration and money. Buy a better product.
