This blanket does keep me cooler at night. When the blanket is directly on my skin it loses it’s coolness. But if I put the blanket on top of my sheet instead of directly on my skin, it stays cool. I was pleasantly surprised that it works! I would recommend this blanket for those who get hot or sweat during the night.

Polyester-to hot for me doesn’t really seem to keep me cooler, I mean it’s only room tempature, realisticallyi hadtoget a fan, not cooling period
