Outstanding Customer Service
I appreciate that the shape of the brush is contoured to the bottom pan of the toilet. I do wish it was slightly more flexible to get further into the pan, but am pleased with its general performance. I was happy to find a biodegradable toilet brush and holder. The first holder that was shipped broke and after I tried to fix it with Superglue and it broke again, I reached out to the company. They shipped a new one within days. It is stronger and more durable. They provided excellent and prompt customer service even though I was outside of the time frame for returns through Amazon.

Love the idea, except for the hole…
I’m trying to go plastic-free, and this was a cute eco-friendly idea. The hanging system is not fabulous, as I suspected, but works in an undisturbed location. I don’t know why they drilled a drain hole in the bottom of the coconut? I put a yogurt lid underneath to contain the drippings. Eco-friendly packaging.

Recently bought these for our new home; wanted to avoid plastic brushes..these came with a nice brush holder as well.. seems really sturdy, durable and well made.. expecting it to last longSeller had also sent a few smaller brushes for the dishes, kitchen etc as complimentary..Products are all completely plastic free except that shipping did have some bubble wrap and other plastic, instead sustainable, paper packaging could have been used to ship

The brush works great. I bought one for each bathroom. The company even threw in a free bottle brush. I’m eliminating plastic wherever I can and appreciate finding a 100% plastic free product.Highly recommend

Much better than the plastic one I had. The bristles are stronger and the shape of the brush head is better. Guess What? It dries out thoroughly. I waited to write this review until I had used it several times. Very satisfied with this product. And I like that it is eco-friendly. Good job!
