Oops, They Forgot the Wand
The cleaning elements work fine, but they forgot to send the wand to which they are supposed be attached. That limits their usefulness to only uses in which you can reach with your hand.I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars because of the superb customer service that the company provided. They contacted me about my problem and without me asking they provided, at no cost, a complete replacement product, with which I am extremely satisfied. I know that should I need a similar product in the future, I will definitely consider this company first.

A Great Dusting Solution At A Very Fair Price
This is a great solution to tackle dusting hard to reach spots! You get a decent assortment of attachments that you could even wash and reuse, albeit a couple of them are hand wash only. Although I knew that the telescoping pole extends out to 100”, I was still a bit surprised to actually see how far this is in person. That’s over 8’, which allows you to get to light fixtures and fans that would otherwise require a stepladder. The price is also extremely fair for everything that comes included.Along with the many positive points comes a couple of minor inconveniences, but they’re certainly no dealbreakers! It’s still an amazing value, although the following points would have brought it from a four to five star overall rating. First and most importantly, it would have been great to have an option to angle certain attachments as it would make dusting the top of fan blades (and similar things) far easier. Second, some instructions, like anything to explain the best uses for each attachment would have been much appreciated. I also had to revisit the product page for product care information. Unfortunately, no instructions of any kind are included. Lastly, this product DOESN’T seem flimsy, but I am worried about its longterm viability as the metal pole seems just thick enough to be truly functional and the connections are simply held together with plastic parts.All said, this thing works. You even get a ton of useful accessories that are not only decent, but washable and could be reused! The telescoping pole is long enough to handle just about any reasonable task around the house. It’s also particularly good at collecting the dust on the very first pass and two is generally quite sufficient. Even with the couple of points of contention that I had, this product is frankly a steal for under $20! I plan on continuing to use mine and I would absolutely recommend it!

This is a nice 5 pc duster set. I like that the handle telescopes and that the cloth dusters are removable so that they can be washed. The different attachments are easy to change. There are no instructions included , but assembly is pretty explanatory.

Great for dusting in a variety of locations
This dusting kit is great for dusting in hard to reach spots. The telescoping pole makes it super easy to reach high spots without having to get out a ladder to reach them. Very light weight. Washable pads make it a great value, not having to buy replacement dusting pads. Very effective at dusting. The only attachment that I wish it contained is a loop attachment that you could slide over the blades of a ceiling fan. Then this item would be perfect.
