Cheaply made
The lid doesn’t close fully, and the wood on the inside is rough and unfinished. The holes on either side where you slide the sticks in were barely drilled through, some of my sticks don’t even fit because they’re so small.In short, I regret this purchase and will be buying a better one in the future.

Was a gift but didn’t exactly go as planned
Upon opening this gift on Christmas, the gold emblems on the front immediately fell off. It was so embarrassing. The product itself seems functional but I would not give as a gift. Or, maybe check the product before giving. I would have but it was not only in a box but also wrapped up in paper and I didn’t want to mess with it. Lesson learned.

Design & Usability!
The actual function of the product is perfect, the slot to add your incense in is very helpful as well!! There are 2 cone dishes in the holder which is perfect too!! The only thing I’d really say is the actual sight of it you can tell it wasn’t finished all the way through, very minor areas that could be more sanded down/even a laquer would of been nice. Overall the functionality is what I was going for!
