Feeling secure!
This system makes me feel a lot better about the security of our home. Installation was easy and it connected just due to our internet. The number of sensors gives me peace of mind that the entryways and windows are covered. The best part is that you don’t have to sign up for any subscriptions!!!! I feel a lot better in my home now.

Pros/Cons
Pros: Installation was a breeze – putting the sensors on everything was a little time consuming but I have a lot of entry ways. It comes with a sticker for your window too that says you have a home security system, I liked that! It comes with labels (enough for you to make a mistake and not worry about having enough) for each device – remotes/keypad/all sensors. The sticker actually sticks to the surface for the motion sensors. It has an app for your phone!Cons: I have absolutely no idea if the sensors on doors/windows are actually on and working. Luckily I haven’t had to use it. I wish in the app it would tell you that a sensor is active and will do what it’s supposed to do. The remote fobs are so convenient. The keypad – it said it was mountable which was a factor in my purchase, I’m sure there is a way to mount it, but the back of the keypad is flat with 4 very small holes in the back? No mounting system included, no instructions about mounting included, and not even a mounting accessory to purchase separately and so I think I’m just going to command strip it? It’s pretty light but not really what I had in mind. The app is so weird, there is a lot going on in it but I am not entirely sure what all of it means – the descriptions on everything are so vague and somehow all say the same thing? I have had the system for almost a week and I have found new things that if I think I understand how they work correctly (again horrible instructions and prompts) are great features! Also, the default volume setting is at low – they do not tell you this and I have no idea how I fixed it but I did it in the app and found it just on accident – that is how I found out.

Well worth the price!
Good device for the price, setup was a breeze and the instruction manual was printed in large fonts making it easy to follow. Connected to wifi 2.4ghz easily and sensors were setup without any hassle.

Easy to install
Works as it should and pretty easy to set up – I like that no subscription is needed

So far so good.
Pretty easy to install. Manual is not perfect English but one can figure out how to follow most steps fairly easily. Installed in a vacation property out of the country and for the price and with no need for monthly monitoring fee it is well worth it.

Good system for the price
Some background, I have been using smart outlets/switches for many years. 75% of my house is automated either from hardwired switches or movable outlets, water sensors. Single door/window sensors. I also have a smart smoke alarm system that covers the entire house and garages. The door alarms I currently have work ok but you have to turn each one on separately in the app which is super annoying. The current door sensors I use will tell you the status of the door if it is opened or closed at anytime and a low battery warning (but this does not work well most of the them go from working to dead)This new system works well for the price.Pro – system already works with my current smart app Smart life.Unlike the single door/window sensors I have now you can arm and disarm the entire system with one click instead of having to do each window/door unit separately. The motion sensor seems to work ok even with minimal light. I have not setup the keypad, the remote works fine. I just use the app to turn it on and off. App allows you to schedule active times so it’s set to turn on and off with that everyday. One of the best parts of this system using my smart life app you can automate the alarm. I have it current setup to turn on basically every inside and outside light I have when it alarms. SUPRIZE lolCon – My biggest complaint at this point. There is no way to see if the door sensors are open/closed. Which means you can arm the system with a door open and it wouldn’t not know the difference. This also means there is no low battery trigger which means a door sensor could go dead at any time.

Customer service followed up!
This unit works as described. I chose not to pay for the SMS texting or phone notifications and went with push notices, which are included without extra costs. I downloaded the app and added the sensors and remotes. I have to say I am only tech savvy enough to get myself in trouble, but this process was straight forward using the supplied well written manual. In managing the notices, I had questions about storage and data usage. I first spoke with amazon tech support. They were very helpful but were unable to resolve my issues. They referred me to the seller Tolvivioiv with a phone number and email address. I reached out to Tolvivoiv via phone and spoke with a customer service rep. After explaining the situation, she was upfront and said she did not know the answer, but would get back to me and she did. She answered my questions and took the time to ensure I understood. This is pretty rare in todays environment. All the sensors work perfectly and the unit seems to be as good in not better than the old land line unit it replaced.
