Good value chair. After purchasing the synthetic leather desk chairs only for them to last a year or so I decided to purchase this style. It isn’t as comfortable but I think it will hold up much longer.

Summer desk chair
Great desk chair! My office gets hot during the summer and I wanted something to replace my leather desk chair. This chair is much lighter weight (easier to roll around), provides good support, and feels breathable while working all day. Easy to build and feels very sturdy.

You Get What You Pay For…Typically Speaking, -Right?So that is where we precisely are with this “Kensaker” chair. It reflects the value of its price in 2024.This “Kensaker” chair yields ultra clear Instructions and it’s ‘Very Easy’ to assemble in <20 minutes.I had a "Global® 8977 Drafting Chair" for over thirty years to this date; Rock Solid Stability, Seated Hours of Ergonomic Comfort, a lovely beast with profound bottom and back cushion support. My brother and I labeled it "World's Greatest Chair!" However, I had left it within a damp basement for an extended period and, along with some other items, it became infected with minor mildew spores. 'Overly cautious about spore migration, it had to go and I needed a replacement. 30+ years later my $69 {Staples} "Global 8977" is now $230-$330. I just couldn't justify the cost of a new "Global 8977" since my chair usage has become less frequent. Thus, arrives this "Kensaker Drafting Chair" purchase:You can feel the instability immediately upon seating -it appears safe, mind you; but, if you make a movement, you feel more than your body moving. The positions of the bottom and back feel slightly awkward and poorly proportional to accommodate support and any extended duration of seated usage. I immediately missed my "Global 8977" ; but, this "Kensaker" will do the minimal seated work currently required. Overall, it seems like a normal sized desk chair that's been elevated to greater heights; but, without the consideration of what that extra height requires to provide a stable, comfortable unit. I like the movable armrests and the added footrest ring. However, upon positioning my feet, I can feel the chair wobble a bit and, upon seating myself, I can always feel the pneumatic post decrease 1-2". Lastly, I am within the load bearing weight of the chair, at 190lbs / 5'9". I feel a fair price for this chair would be reasonable at around $79.00, and not the asking $109 -$129. But, I'll be keeping the chair and crossing my fingers, as it'll be too much of a hassle to deal with a return. All that being said, upon observing the current field of similarly priced, cookie-cutter designed, and similar material type [plastic not metal] drafting chairs, it does appear to be the best value of the Amazon bunch. It is 2024 and not the 90's, and you will get what you pay for, just not the "World's Greatest Chair!"

I recently bought the Kensaker ergonomic office chair, and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. The first thing that stood out to me was the adjustable lumbar support. The 2-inch panel for the lower back really makes a difference. I’ve spent long hours sitting, and unlike other chairs, this one has seriously helped reduce the back pain I usually get by the end of the day.Another feature I love is how versatile it is. The armrests can flip up 90°, which is awesome when I need more space or just want to stand up for a bit. Plus, it rotates 360° and the casters glide smoothly, so I don’t have to struggle to move around.The backrest is designed with an X-shaped frame that fits my spine perfectly. I’ve tried a lot of so-called ‘ergonomic’ chairs, but none of them felt as good as this one. The seat is really comfortable too, and the breathable mesh keeps me cool, even after sitting for hours.Oh, and the assembly was super easy! I followed the instructions and had it all set up in about 15 minutes. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. Bonne chaise.Pas de balancement du dossier.Un peu haute (à hauteur minimum), j’aurais aimé qu’elle puisse se rabaisser un peu plus, les accoudoirs restent au dessus de mon bureau comparé à d’autres chaises. Peut être spécifique au modèle avec support pour les pieds.Mais j’aime le support de pieds, ça me permet d’être dans une position alternative et remonter la chaise au maximum lorsque je suis en meeting.J’apprécie que les accoudoirs puissent remonter, pratique quand je fais de la guitare.
