Products works great for a decent price
Purchased these to install in an office renovation behind blank wall plates. They were easy to wire and set up with the SwitchBot app. After the initial setup, I was also able to add them to my Home Assistant instance using Matter with ease. They can now be controlled by both the SwitchBot app and directly via Home Assistant.The only feature I would like to see in the future is passing the power management feature to Home Assistant. This data is currently only accessible via the SwitchBot app.

Purple one works for my boiler circulator.
Works great i use this with my switch hub 2 to turn on and off my boiler circulator for my base board heating. You need the purple one to do this and i will be getting another one when my switch hub 3 arrives.ย

Great product – horrible instructions
This should be a 5 star product but their decision to use 4 point type for the instructions makes the manual uselesss. Functionally it has been flawless. It was relatively easy to set up in the app and Alexa automatically added it to its device functions. I quickly added 4 more to my system for a total of 8. They activate/automate 12V lights in the RV, the remote switch on a gate opener, exhaust fans and low voltage lights. So far they have all operated exactly as they should. The less than 2″x3″ instruction sheets are just silly.

Good, But…
It works, and it’s good. Small, real Matter support. Better than Tuya things.The only problem is that it takes time to open the light from the app, because the guys who developed the app block your control until it gets the electric consumption. So don’t get the P model, unless you really care about knowing the kWh usage.Also, this supports 1 switch only, so be aware that if you need to control more than one switch, choose the other ones..

Pool lights automation!
I used this relay to make my pool lights smart and it works flawlessly, even inside the metal enclosure that contains all my the pool wiring and breakers. My router says the wifi signal is very weak, but this relay still works like a champ inside this closed metal enclosure and enduring Floridaโs heat! This device is so great and reliable that now I am looking into other SwitchBot products for my smart home.If you are curious: I replaced the wired Intermatic manual pool lights controller with this little relay, not connected to any switch at all. This means that now I control the lights only using the app or HomeKit.

Misleading description, outright failure
There are already well established home automation protocols that have been in use for years, but this company decided to not pay any of that attention, and lead potential customers into thinking this will work fine with a SmartThings Zigbee hub, which it will not.So, just to humor things and verify it’s even working, I add the switch to my SwitchBot (I use their little temp / humidity sensors) app just to see if I can live with switching them that way. All installed fine, but one of the switches were defective; 120VAC in just fine, the relay in the switch clicks as it is supposed to, but no 120V output whatsoever.Boxed ’em up and sent them back. There’s another 1/2 hour of my life I’ll never get back due to someone else’s negligence in making a defective, terrible product.

works but not exactly what I was looking for.
Bought this to have a contact closure input, which it does do splendidly. Except only for the load its currently operating and you can not disassociate that link or use the button press as a separate signal in your smart home controllers. It did however take my bluetooth curtain controller and make it shared as matter, which is awesome

Non e’ il mio primo smart switch: dopo aver provato prodotti di ogni tipo, ed averne buttati via parecchi poco dopo l’installazione (scarsa qualitร costruttiva, scarso processo di setup, scarsa affidabilitร nell’uso quotidiano), ho iniziato a preferire prodotti di qualitร . Ed ho voluto provare anche questa nuova soluzione di SwitchBot.La necessitร era quella di sostituirne uno dei primi installati (quelli di scarsa qualitร …).Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso: a parte confezione di qualitร e senso di buona costruzione anche solo a tenerlo in mano, l’installazione e’ stata agevole (beh, i cavi erano giร pronti in questo caso…).Quel che mi ha veramente stupito e’ stata la rapiditร di installazione, dato che ho impiegato veramente pochi secondi. Riconosciuto in un attimo ed a colpo sicuro.Ho atteso un paio di settimane prima di recensirlo, nel timore di dovermi ricredere.Invece e’ stato veramente un “set it and forget it”.Fa il proprio dovere senza sbagliare un colpo e senza problemi di connessione intermittente…Mi sono letteralmente dimenticato di averlo installato e mi sto godendo appieno le funzioni di automatismo di una lampada che ha degli orari di accesione e spegnimento programmati settimanalmente.Sto giร pensando di accelerare la sostituzione di altri switch. ;-)Grazie SwitchBot !

Super petit switch, trรจs bonne qualitรฉ et marque reconnue. Je suis fan des produits SwitchBot, dont je possรจde le robot-qui-appuie-sur-les-boutons, la tรฉlรฉcommande universelle, le hub domotique et le thermomรจtre dรฉtecteur de CO2. Tous ces produits sont compatibles HomeKit et leur qualitรฉ est bien supรฉrieure aux standards chinois habituels. Le service client par WhatsApp est รฉgalement trรจs rรฉactif. Il y a beaucoup de scรฉnarios possibles pour utiliser ces relais intelligents et je les recommande particuliรจrement !
