A good night’s sleep is extremely important!
I took a very long time to decide which pillow to buy; I read so many reviews. I finally decided on this pillow and bought 2. I removed some of the filler material and got them to a point where I find them most comfortable for me. I like the fact that they are adjustable; that they have an outside cover which is washable but the cooling aspect is somewhat questionable. Yes, at first it feels cool but after a while my body heat warms it. Overall, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

** Update 6/11/25 I Adjusted my Review to reflect the Excellent customer service & communication I received. The company stands by their product which is rare these days, So if you are on the fence give it a try. I just happened to be Exceptionally sensitive to The smell.aired this out daily for weeks. latex Foam smell WON’T go away. I’m sensitive to it. I can’t use latex mattresses or toppers. I get migraines. Some reviews said smell went away so I thought I’d try it. Maybe they just got used it? I’m bummed I REALLY NEED A PILLOW. Awful Neck issues from several Falls going to PT RIGHT NOW FOR therapy . I won’t be able to use this pillow so it’s a WASTE OF MONEYWhich we don’t have right now.

I bought a shredded memory foam pillow years ago and I loved it but my mom threw away the extra stuffing when I moved out 🙁 so when it was time for new pillows I knew what I wanted. The cooling side ACTUALLY COOLS and I love these the first night I slept 13 hours

Good but not great
Good pillow. Softness is ok. It’s not a flat type pillow. Filling seems to be ok so far. Design of the pillow covers are alright. The pillow has two side to it. With a blue tag on one side, that reads cold side, and a green tag on the other side reading bamboo side. The cold side of the pillow case is made of a fabric that reminds me of like a table cover or curtain it’s got a weird texture to it that’s what makes it cold feeling when you don’t lay on it, but that coldness goes away very fast imo. The other side, the bamboo side is a soft snaggy type fabric, which I don’t like it that much, so I just use the cold side of the pillow anyways because thats what i wanted in the first place was a cold pillow. The price seems ok for the two pillow so, all en all id say not a bad pillows but not a great pillow either.

I love that is adjustable so I was able to take some of the filling out. It is cool to touch but wouldn’t say it cooling when you’re laying on it. It is comfortable and I do like it once I was able to take some filling out

Easily adjustable, stays cool, wicks moisture, fits standard pillowcases.
Pillows are exactly as described and photographed, to my joy. I opted to remove some of the fill for personal preference, and filled a beloved throw pillow with it. Bonus. It stays cool all night, and retakes its shape with a couple light punches (I’ve found I do it in my sleep). And sleep. . . almost a decade of insomnia erased in two weeks with this pillow. Standard pillow cases and covers fit well, with no pesky wrinkles.

Having researched a fair bit for the perfect pillow, I’m glad I did because this has given me the best nights sleep in a fair few years. I suffer with Crohn’s and been in flare for a long time. I can’t remember the last nights undisturbed sleep I had but since getting this pillow the health of my sleep is vast improving and an added benefit is my neck pains are easing a lot.I love that you can reduce the firmness and fullness of the pillow by taking some memory foam out, to get the perfect ratio for you. The added feature of the cool and warm side is perfect for when I have them night sweats and tropical moments from meds. It is a feature I never knew I needed.It is the kind of pillow you would take everywhere with you for them weekends away. So go so that I bought another a few days later for a present. A VERY GOOD INVESTMENT

These pillows are customizable and amazing. I removed some of the filling as suggested and it is so comfortable. My husband used to sleep with two pillows but he loves his the way it came and only needs the one pillow. No more stiff necks in the morning plus they were very affordable!
