Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best investment I’ve ever made! I was super let down when I found out my new apartment had no built-in lighting in the bedroom. I have a high powered lamp that barely did the trick and I was tired of walking into my room blind every night.This floor lamp was super easy to assemble, has fool proof directions on how to use, and also works with a wall switch! I ended up getting 3 of these and they are perfect. I a, able to sit one of them away from the wall 4 feet and face it angled into the corner and it is amazing the light it brings to the room. The other 2 I just have sitting on either end of the couch facing mostly upwards slightly angled to wall and our room has enough light. Well made and the remote is great. I like the added feature of the one hour timer

This light is very bright on high and offers great control of brightness and color temperature. The light is flicker-free. The base is heavy and keeps the lamp stable and avoids tipping.Cautions: This light has somewhat the character of a spotlight, so it requires thoughtful positioning to get lots of illumination without glare. I am not a fan of the floor switch, but the light can also be turned on/off using the remote, which I like. Brightness and color temperature are also controlled using the battery-operated remote, which is great as long as I don’t misplace the remote.

Perfect Lighting
The light to end all lights, my friends. My living room, despite having bay windows, is very dark. This is one of the few lights that has been able to light the whole room. It works well for all of it’s intended purposes. Has a moderate weight so it isn’t knocked over easily. And lastly it was easy to put together.

Great features on this affordable floor lamp
I love this lamp so much that I ordered a second for myself and a third for my son. When I placed my second order, I was concerned the remotes for three different lights might conflict but that is not the case at all. Two are in my bedroom and the third on the other side of the wall in his bedroom. All three operate independently of each other.One of my favorite features is that the light points to the ceiling. It makes for a bright room without reflecting on my computer monitors, a problem I had with a small desk lamp.The brightness intensity and K-color (white/yellowish) are controlled with a remote that includes a button to automatically turn off the lamp in one hour (a feature I’ve not yet tried). The remote, which uses two AAA batteries (included), is magnetized, so it can stick onto the lamp pole, a metal desk or a metal filing cabinet if desired. I really appreciate this convenient feature.The lamp has a foot button to turn the lamp on and off, but without the remote the brightness cannot be adjusted, which could pose an issue if the remote is lost or broken.I read a few negative reviews about the lamp not lasting long but took the chance and ordered anyway. So far, I’m glad I did. I hope this lamp last a long, long time. I love the features, the look and the price.

Bright, but does not connect to Google Home. Remote could have better granular controls.
It has really good illuminating qualities. No pun intended. However, I can’t successfully link this to Google home, so I can’t use my Google nest to communicate different settings.The smart app itself is fine though I wish the remote was better in terms of adjusting the brightness. You either have to tap it or you have to hold the color/brightness buttons. It changes too fast when you hold it though so you get better control when you use the app itself.Once I got the presets done on the app then I could switch to it on the remote itself.Knowing what I know now, would I get it again? Probably not just for the lack of successful connection to my Google Home ecosystem
