Used to spot clean a few extra dirty spaces so far. Heats fast, lightweight, ergonomically handle- easy to maneuver, with generous chord, & holder on handle steam pulse adjustable, convenient placement of see through, easy fill water tank. It doesn’t add extra weight to the handle by being placed too high on the unit. The handle height is adjustable. The mop pads immediately adhere to the head tool upon placement. They are a generous size and very absorbent, washable/ reusable.If seems to be constructed of quality material that should last a good while. It’s the best find I’ve come across and I’m very pleased with the performance just with the mop pads. I can’t wait to check out the other cleaning tools for carpet, upholstery etc.! Game-Changer for My Floors – Love This Mop!
I really love this steam mop. I wanted a mop that was easy to use & avoids needing cleaner or harsh chemicals. Having a small house on a farm with a large 100 pound dog multiple cats ducks and other farm animals (that sometimes find themselves in the house, due to my own impulsive decision, LOL) this has been a life saver. No chemicals needed so it keeps all my pets safe and it cleans so well it steams up nicely and takes less than a minute to get warm enough to start mopping. The cord is long enough that I can get mostly around each room in my house without having to unplug and plug elsewhere. The water tank is a good size and I rarely have to refill it between rooms. I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a good steam mop and this one was perfect, as it wasn’t too expensive for what you get. I love that it has different attachments so I can use it for other things as well not just my floors and it looks sleek and is so small it barely takes up any storage space. I’d definitely recommend this mop!

I have other mops and cleaning supplies and I felt like nothing worked, felt like my floors were always dirty! And they were! Huge difference and not harsh cleaners!! Sold! I honestly feel comfortable with my baby crawling all over the damn place now without having to worry. If you are wanting something to keep your floors clean and actually clean, shiny, and sanitary this is the floor mop for you and the other attachments phenomenal too!

I like the product for its effectiveness and it is versatile with all the attachments. I bought another one on here but it leaked and didn’t come with attachments. This products cleans floors very well and actually cleaned the grout too with the steam and slow passes. I had residue from years of using a mop and cleansers and it left an odor in my house. I started using the steam mop on all the hard surfaces and the odor improved by a lot and it just smells neutral and clean. It doesn’t smell like bleach or any other chemical scents left behind. The flat floor pad cleaned counter back splash well. The steam and a dry cloth cleaned counter tops the best. It broke up the dirt that the wet paper towel left behind. The unit does not leak like the other one I bought by another brand name. It cleans the shower walls really well, the edge around the sink and the drain.I don’t recommend using any tap water in the unit. Grab a Brita pitcher and fill the water resevoir so it doesn’t ruin the unit with Calcium. I had a hand steamer from another brand that was ruined by calcium.

I love this mop! It works amazingly well! You can use it on carpet, the walls, literally almost anything. I have vinyl floors and just use the lowest steam setting and it’s been fine! The water capacity and retention was MORE than plenty for me to mop the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and a random wall. I really love it!

Did the job!
Works pretty great. My tile floor had a lot of grooves and texture that dirt was just stuck in. Some of the areas I had to use my foot to press on the top of the head (luckily that part doesn’t get hot) to add more pressure to scrub the floor. If the connection to the base was in the middle then maybe my arms could provide enough pressure to scrub evenly. Without using my foot only the back of the pad gets really dirty. In order to clean my whole tile floors on my first floor I had to rinse out the pad several times (I let it cool for a minute and I wear big gloves to pul it off and rinse it in hot water). Take a look at my before and after pics. I added a video but that’s before I discovered I could scrub better by applying pressure with my foot (which doubles as a squat workout while I’m mopping;)!). I have also used it in our bathrooms. I forgot to take a pic of the shower before so my pics are a during cleaning and after. 😁

Please note that this item, although listed on Amazon.co.uk is not for UK use. It apparently only comes in a 110v version with a 2 flat pin US plug. Although there are plug adaptors available, there is a high risk of fire if plugged into a UK 220-240v socket. In fairness, the supplier has accepted their mistake, confirmed there is no UK version and are issuing a refund, however, this should never have been listed on the Amazon UK site in the first place.
