Great Value Knobs, Easy Install & Perfect for House Handovers
I purchased this 10-pack of Sopoby privacy door knobs about a month ago specifically for a house I was renovating to sell, and they’ve been a great choice. My initial impression is positive – they have a clean, relatively sophisticated look with the brushed nickel finish that definitely helped modernize the interior doors. Considering the price for a bulk pack of ten, I feel they offer good value and contributed nicely to the home’s overall presentation for sale.Installation was refreshingly straightforward. I was able to replace all 10 knobs in about an hour total. Unlike some other reviews or similar knob types might suggest, I did not need any special tool to remove the knob itself to access the screws; installation was simple using just a standard screwdriver. Everything lined up well, and the process was smooth for both left and right-handed doors in the house. This ease of installation was a significant plus during a busy renovation project.In use, the knobs operate smoothly. The privacy lock button is easy to engage and disengage. While the official description mentions “heavy-duty,” I’d describe the feel as standard or average – they feel perfectly adequate and functional, but perhaps not exceptionally robust or heavy. For interior doors needing privacy, they do the job well. However, the standout benefit for my situation (selling the house) was the keyless privacy function. Not having to manage, track, and hand over keys for every bedroom and bathroom door to the new owners was incredibly convenient and eliminated potential hassle or lost keys during the handover. This alone made them an excellent choice for preparing a property for sale. Overall, a solid product, especially valuable for renovators or landlords.

Aesthically pleasing but sticky function
these are easy enough to install just like any other door knob. much better than the crappy builder grade silver handles that came in our house . they have held up to my kids opening and closing and pulling on them. my only issue is the latch gets sticky and you have to jiggle it to get it to function. I think this will improve with use though.

I like the look, but these knobs come loose constantly
I liked the look of these door knobs but unfortunately I’ve been less than impressed with the overall quality. You get what you pay for with these. We are constantly having to tighten these on our doors. And the locking mechanisms haven’t been super great either.

Good looking and easy to install
I got it in my head that I needed to change all of the door knobs in my house from the old aging brass contractor grade knobs to something a little nicer. I purchased 20 of these knobs (on black Friday) for and incredible good price. Install was fairly easy and straight forward and the parts were there for each knob. The knobs are well built, but the construction is reflective of their cost. After I completed this project I have to say that it looks much better than the old gross knobs we had. All the door look great and work much better than before.

These are awesome to upgrade the look of the doors. I moved into a fixer upper and these did wonders. I couldn’t use the part that screws into the solid part of my frame because the original already in that place is alot larger but everything else was straight forward replacement

Door knows work well but at a point if tighten too much on a slightly uneven surface of the door the thin metal sheet comes apart and you will notice a slight brass looking piece at the door
