2-IN-1 Stainless Steel Cutting Board for Kitchen
1.First Use:
After unpacking, rinse the board with clean water and air dry it indoors before use. (Note: Do not use boiling water to clean the board, which can lead to deformation or shifting by crapid temperature changes.)
2.Daily Care:
If you do not use the cutting board for an extended period,please store it in a cool, shaded place.Unlike glass,marble or titanium cutting boards,hanging the cutting board is also a nice choice!
3.Scratchs:
It is normal for the surface of the solid non toxic cutting board to develop some marks from prolonged use.
4.Caution:
Do not expose the meat cutting board to direct sunlight.
Do not clean the surface with steel wool or other abrasive materials.

A good substitute for the usual cutting boards.
Used it for the first time for raw beef. The meat didn’t slide on the metal surface and my cuts were clean w/o feeling I was cutting into my former wooden board. I haven’t tried the non metal side yet. The best part is the metal surface cleans up very quickly with soapy hot water. No more soaking in soapy bleach water. I tried it and was done. It’s a good size so be able to butterfly roasts, trim meats/poultry and any other meats needed to be prepped. It is a little hefty which is good so that it doesn’t slip and/or move while using. My only dilemma is finding a convenient place for storage.

Be prepared for scratches
I really like this cutting board and the 2 sides however you must realize that once you use the metal side it’s gonna be all scratched up. This is after 1 use. Nothing can be done to change that. I am only wondering if my knifes with go dull quickly I don’t know yet. I suspect yes. But I knew this going in and still really like it.

Great design and idea!
Hard to believe I’m writing a review for a cutting board but have to give credit where credit is due! I really like the design and idea of this cutting board. The handle makes it much easier to take it in and out from the wherever you put it and wipe it down. The rubber edge makes the board stable while cutting. Best of all, the stainless steel side will not hide all the bacteria like regular wood. Hope the manufacturer will make a bigger size down the road.

Happy Prepping
Have not used fully to give a proper review however I do find the smaller one is good for Smaller chop jobs or preparing a sandwich.. the larger one is not big enough to prepare a large size turkey unless it’s on the smaller size however it is the right size for preparing a chicken , roast or fish and larger veg prep.. I do like that. It has two sides, one for vegetables and meat easy to clean, a little on the heavy side, but has a handle for easy carrying .. Even though they are dishwasher safe I prefer to hand wash to preserve the life of the material from the excessive heat from the dishwasher.. I just wish the board was a bit larger for that turkey.. other than that no complaints so far
