Follow the instructions on this one. Use in fifteen minute sessions max, max 3 times a day. The reason that this and all other massage products time out after 15 min. is for safety, so that you don’t damage the nerves in your back. Use this in an upright chair, do not use it in a recliner or try to lay on it. Put it aside when you are not using it, this is not a replacement cushion for your chair.The knobs on this one are soft yet firm. The heat works great. I use it on a daily basis and it helps loosen my back. The knobs don’t completely reach all parts of you back but rather along each side of the spine which works for me just fine.If it does not get low enough then the manual does suggest sitting on pillow to raise yourself. But be warned, it will hurt if the knobs hit your pelvis bone.

The kneading massage is noticeable, but it’s more of a mild sensation rather than something you truly feel working out tension.Heat Function:The heat is very mild—more like a subtle warmth than a heating pad-level intensity. If you’re wearing more than a single layer of clothing, you might barely notice it.Adjustability:I did appreciate the customizable options. You can focus the massage on your upper, middle, or lower back, or even pinpoint a specific area. This feature is one of the highlights of the cushion.Comfort and Build Quality:The cushion is comfortable for extended use, and the overall build quality is excellent. It feels durable and well-made, which gives confidence in its longevity.Ease of Use:Setting it up was a breeze. The strap kept it securely in place in the office chair, and the remote control is very intuitive—no manual needed. It’s also lightweight and easy to move between chairs, although it’s best suited for office-style chairs.Value for Money:The price is reasonable, but the massage function just doesn’t deliver enough for me to recommend it wholeheartedly. For those looking for a light massage, it may suffice, but it’s far from being one of the better options out there.Room for Improvement:One thing that could be improved is the timer. The cushion shuts off after a selectable 5, 10, or 15 minutes. If you have the heat set to a certain level, the massager focusing on a specific area of your back, and the seat vibration at a set intensity, once the system shuts off, you’ll need to manually reset all the settings afterward, which can be frustrating.Final Thoughts:Ultimately, I decided to return the product. While it’s well-built, convenient, and affordable, it fails to perform well in its primary purpose: providing a satisfying massage. If you’re looking for a deeper, more effective massage, this may not be the right choice. I can’t recommend it to friends or family for that reason.

I’m very happy with this! The massage, vibrate, and heat functions all work well. The remote is really handy, too. The band that holds it to my desk chair is a little small/short, but otherwise I’m very pleased.

Se le dio de regalo a mi papá y le ha gustado, ya que da un masaje a lo largo de toda la espalda, vale la pena para personas que estan mucho tiempo sentados y les llega a doler la espalda.
