Great small vacuum- especially for the price
Happy Jaws 50th- great day to write a review for another Shark product that comes through!Was looking for a small handheld vac, and don’t want to spend big $$$. I have a Shark robot that does a great job, so I thought I’d give this a try since I really only needed something for a small patch of upstairs carpet and some hardwood stairs.Backstory- I got the “Wirecutter Recommended” $$$ one as a gift at my last place and it was ABS GARBAGE…the intake tube was tiny and the filter was poorly placed. Design flaw? Yes. It clogged in 30 sec and you spend 5 min unclogging with a wire hanger, before vacuuming for 30 sec then unclogging for 3 min and…you get it.Very happy with the Shark. Big tube, pretty big and well designed intake- you can actually vacuum a bit before you have to stop and clean. And a small container is the price you pay for portability.I don’t mind the cord, either- I don’t go far and it means: cheaper…and it doesn’t die.Good job Shark 🦈

It’s a winner
Easy to assemble- intuitive- couple pieces easily snap together. Nice long cord. Light weight and easy to handle. I have a very thick area rug and other vacuum did not glide on it and would stick in place. This one glides beautifully & picked up very well. Emptying canister is easy, and bc it’s small you just empty it after each use. I used it on hardwood floor, then swept the floor to see how much it missed- which was very little. The suctions is strong. Gets close to walls and under bed. It does not stand on its own, but I leaned it against wall in closet with no issues. It also has place on back to hang from hook. I lovenit and recommend it.

This Baby Shark has a big bite
Finally! I’ve finally come to my senses and given up on the cordless vacuum. I’ve had 3… they always start out being incredible and ultimately the lithium batteries just don’t hold up. So, I saw this little baby shark and thought I’d give it a try. I needed something light weight because of my shoulder injuries related to caring for my mom, but I also needed to be powerful. And that’s exactly what this turned out to be. This shark has a real bite. I filled and emptied the container several times but that’s because the crappy cordless vacuum is had kept dying so I hadn’t really had a good vacuum. Until now…. love love love it…..

TOP HEAVY
Has great suction because its a corded device. The battery ones never maintained their strength. Positives: suction strength, shark brand usually very dependable, canister easy to empty and keep clean, price. Negatives.. its very top heavy. The length is long and not adjustable. I am short. With the top heaviness and length.. it is tiresome. The vacuum head is higher profile than I would like. Doesn’t fit under some furniture. The accessory pieces are a little cheezy too. .

Makes vacuuming easier
I’m very happy with this Shark so far. I wanted to find a vacuum that would vacuum at a 180* angle to get under my furniture. This one does just that. I was surprise how maneuverable it was, which makes this chore much easier. So much different than an old upright. It has really good suction and cleaning power and I love how the wand detaches. It is top heavy and can’t stand by itself, but you can remove the canister or lean it against something, so that isn’t an issue for me. I want to buy one for my mom and sister.

Top tier power, small capacity not an issue
Everything I was looking for in a compact vacuum! I have a kitty living with me and have been lint-rolling everything to remove fur… this bad boy makes all of my upholstry look brand new! I suggest pairing it with Ms. Myers Pet Spray, everything is fresh and super clean! The corded power is so much better than the corded ones and the cord is long enough that I can strategically plug it in and access my apartment from just two places. It is super powerful and while not large in capacity, I prefer that as it keeps me cleaning it more regularly. The capacity was my main concern when deciding between this price point of vacuum so I have to mention that I have no regrets getting the smaller one! It was super easy to empty and to switch between the full vacuum and the handheld upholstery brush features. It is a little heavier than I expected after using my cordless candy, but I think that comes from the quality of materials Shark uses to build its products. I am a DIE HARD Shark fan!

I have another larger vacuum and – honesty – I’d rather burn all the carpets than lug that thing around. This feels like a tree branch compared to that one. Great suction power and gets into decent spaces. The head swivels quite a bit. Does a great job. It’s also one of the easiest vacuums to clean. The roller panel cover is easy to take off (I used a butter knife to unlock the 3 latches) and it’s REALLY satisfying to cut and yank all the hair out of there. The filter is also really easy to clean under the sink and dries fairly quickly (softly ring the water out). Got this on sale and it was worth every penny.

I did a lot of research before buying this vacuum and I’m very glad to say it has lived up to expectations.The suction on this is incredible and I find it very easy to use to get dust on baseboards and furniture. I’ve vacuumed so much more since I’ve gotten this. The storage cup is small so you will have to empty it regularly, but I don’t mind as I usually have a trash can near by to do that. I live in a condo so I’m also not covering a lot of space.I will agree with other reviewers and say it is heavy on the wrist, which might be too much for some. I work a physical job though and am a young mom so it only took me a few days to get use to and now I barely notice or care.The biggest selling feature to me is the fact that it stands to store. I didn’t want to have to mount a vacuum on one of my walls and so that more than anything sold me on this model. The second suction level does an incredible job on my rugs and with two cats and two kids that’s a big plus too.For anyone worried about cord length, I can reach my from the front entrance of my condo all the way to the back of the living room (+35ft) with ease from a single plug in the middle. So unless you have a huge house or a closed off layout you should be able to do at least 2-3 rooms.Over all if you’re comfortable handling the weight of it I would 100% recommend this vacuum.

Primeras impresiones.Estoy sorprendido por la facilidad de uso, la fuerza que tiene y el poco ruido que hace.Puedo aspirar junto a mis mascotas y no se asustan!En general me parece una excelente compra, no parece que fuera a haber problema futuro, ya que para encontrar filtros de repuesto, es muy fácil.Quizás su capacidad de almacenamiento de basura no es tanta, pero tampoco es mucha molestia, limpiarla, ya que simplemente con abrir la tapa cae toda la basura.Hasta este primer uso está excelente
