Single Best Product for My Dog’s Teeth
This thing works insanely well! Your dogs obviously will not like the sound, but do a little at a time and they’ll get used to it. I keep two bottles of Vetradent liquid by me when I use this; one that I’ve used up and refilled with water, and one that has Vetradent in it. I also keep two toothbrushes and a tube of enzymatic toothpaste with me. Here’s my process:-Use the ultrasonic cleaner to remove hard calculus. To get it to activate, it has to touch clean tooth, so find the edge of the buildup and gently trace back and forth along it while keeping the edge of the tool in contact with the clean tooth adjacent to the calculus. You do not need to apply pressure; the ultrasonic action does all the work. Think of gently wiping the plaque off as opposed to chipping or scraping it off. It can take off both large flakes and polish off the lighter buildup that is too set-in for a toothbrush.-While I do this, I keep the Vetradent bottle of just water with me, and I rinse away the debris as I take it off. Keeping the mouth clean while you work is paramount.-After I’m done, I rinse them thoroughly and brush them with the enzymatic toothpaste. I use one toothbrush per side so that each side gets a good amount of toothpaste.-After brushing, I let that toothpaste sit in their mouth for about 10 minutes, then I use the Vetradent liquid to finish, which finally freshens their breath.This routine has made an instant and drastic 180° turn in my two greyhounds’ dental health. This breed is notorious for bad teeth, but both of my boys have beautiful pearly whites and no gingivitis as a result of this routine. I’ve spent thousands on anesthetic dental cleanings, but I’m very interested to know whether their vet will think they need those anymore now that I’m able to get their teeth this clean at home. Of course, the rearmost teeth and inner surfaces are very hard to get while they’re conscious, but I cant imagine that removing 90% of the problem areas from their mouths is a bad thing.Bottom line: buy this product. Used properly, gently, and thoroughly as part of a routine, your pet will have beautiful and healthy teeth.

Dog anxious at everything now has the cleanest teeth
I have a 9yo black lab who is the biggest baby. The only way I can trim his nails is with a rotary that he’s mostly used to after +1year of use, but still makes him anxious. He’s needed his teeth deep cleaned for too long and I’ve been wanting to buy something like this forever. I read the reviews and decided why not. Out of the box, it had enough charge to clean his mouth to a point I didn’t think was possible. He was anxious, and I went in calm but with more excitement than I should, and I was able to clean them all. I’m glad there’s a sticker on it that says “no sound or vibration when powered on” because I honestly thought it was dead or not working right. After getting the hang of its most effective angle/grip, it TORE through the plaque. Just ripped through it in chunks and wiped away the remaining. It does make an extremelyyyy high pitched sound (but not loud) when it makes contact, but it really didn’t bother him much and he got used to it very quick. I was extremely surprised. It will probably not have to be used again for a very long time based on how clean his mouth is, but I plan to use it here and there mostly to keep him comfortable with it and less of a thing that gives him anxiety. It would’ve been a little easier with a second person, but I was able to do it myself and I’m honestly taken back at how well it performed. I’ve purchased a million things from Amazon, and this is probably the best ROI and review I’ve ever given. I should’ve taken before and after photos, because I still can’t believe I was able to do what I did in 20min that’s been an issue for too long.If you’re looking for a plaque remover, this is the bulldozer to buy. I’ve give 6 stars if I could, truly.

Works, gets off the hard buildup on dogs teeth. Easily
This is amazing for cleaning off the hard build up on dogs teeth. You barely touch the stuff and it comes right off, amazing. The hardest part was just getting my dog to sit still. I found if I put her paws down and wrapped a towel around her with her head in my lap that helped the best to get in her teeth. She had about 6 months of build up we do brush every night so she did not have a ton. She also had gotten her teeth cleaned but I hate putting her under anesthesia, also it’s alot. She just had a bit on a few teeth, I figure if we keep up on it with this we won’t have to take her. It took no longer than 10 min to get it done. Would have been quicker if she would not wiggle. It was really safe not to sharp I would recommend specially if you have an easy going dog that’s small. I don’t know if a bigger dog would sit still enough to let you.

I have finally found the solution! I just received this item today and couldn’t wait to try it on my 11-year old terrier mix. Years ago, I had a bad experience the first time I had my dog’s teeth cleaned so I do not feel comfortable subjecting my dog to that experience anymore. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying all the food additives, sea kelp, etc., and all the products that claim to reduce plaque and tartar. Nothing worked. Because of the continued deterioration of my dog’s teeth, my vet has gotten snarky with me, making me feel like a bad dog parent for refusing to put her through anesthesia for a teeth cleaning. Anyway, I tried using this product today for the first time. To be honest, my dog did not like it at all. I think it was mostly because of the high pitched sound, BUT, after some persistence, gentle praise, and treats, she relaxed a bit and allowed me to work on her worst tooth for no more than 10 minutes. You can see the before and after shot attached to this review, with just a bit of plaque still left on the tooth. (I will start there next time!) I am just going to do a little bit more every day and as she gets used to it, I am confident that the maintenance will get easier. My point is, this product is not magic. However, it is an extremely effective tool if you can manage to use it properly with the cooperation from your dog and a lot of patience from you. Highly recommend trying this, if you are willing to do the work.

I should have taken a BEFORE photo…Literally the most IMPRESSIVE animal product I have ever EVER bought. My Dogs teeth look just as clean as if I were to take her to the vet and spend $1100 to get a teeth cleaning done. Not only that, but there is a chance that a dog may not wake up after being sedated for the dental procedure. Now THAT worry is completely gone… like SERIOUSLY, this is SUCH a blessing.Please everyone, dont press TOO hard on the teeth. It will all come out, even the biggest chunks of plaque and tartar build up.There is ZERO sound, only vibrates when being put on tooth surface. It breaks away everything so well!TAKE YOUR TIME! be patient with you fur baby. Keep telling them, “good boy/girl, you are doing so well!”…It took me 2 hours, but there was a lot to remove and my baby didnt like it so she was moving around a lot… you just have to hold them down a bit while doing it.Trust me, its WORTH every dollar!Thanks so much again. Das Gerät wird mit ausführlicher deutscher Anleitung und CE-Zertifizierung geliefert.Der Akku hält ziemlich lange, wenn er einmal geladen ist.Solange man mit dem Gerät nicht die Zähne berührt, passiert nichts. Aber sobald das Gerät Kontakt zum Zahn hat, fängt es an zu vibrieren. Das findet der Hund im ersten Moment merkwürdig. Da muss man ihn schon gut festhalten. Aber wenn er sich das dann gefallen lässt, funktioniert es super und man kann direkt erkennen, wie der braune Plaque verschwindet. Toll!Ich habe es über mehrere Tage hinweg immer nur kurz benutzt, um meinen Hund nicht zu stressen. Jetzt hat er wieder schöne weiße Zähne.

Estoy enamorada de este producto. Mil veces mejor de lo que esperaba. Limpia todo lo que necesites. Vean las fotos. Aun no termino de limpiar, pero lonestiy haciendo por sesiones para no estresar a mi perrito. Llevamos 2 sesiones. Dependerá de que tantonse deja su perrito manipular. Pero el resultado es maravilloso sintienes paciencia y tu perrito tambien. Limpia un diente completo en unos 10minutos aproximadamente. Eso me tomó a mi. Mil veces mejor que ir al veterinario y tener que sedarlos. Mi perrito a veces hasta se quedq dormido mientras le limpio en modo confort. Me encanta. Si tienes perro, necesitas esto si o si.
