Great product compared to competitors
I wanted to wait a little while to leave this review but after three months, Iโm happy to say that this product is still working for me. I originally bought a smart lock from a different company that ended up not working and breaking within the first couple weeks of usage. This Philips lock has been excellent both in the sense of keeping my house secure, but also giving me full remote access from my phone. I havenโt needed to replace the batteries yet so that is a huge plus. It seems to recognize both me and my husbandโs fingerprints without fault that we prefer to use the pin pad. I like that it has a built-in alarm feature which we have test tested and works great. We donโt use our front door that often so I canโt speak to the durability, but the handle feels sturdy and installation was super easy

Great and super conveniente!
Great door deadbolt and handle combo. I bought 3 of them and had them paired up with the Wi-Fi gateway for remote access via phone app.At first I bought 1 unit and was disappointed that I could not connect remotely since this was not the Wi-Fi model. I did a little research and found out that the gateway piece was the part I was missing to make it happen. I bought the WiFi gateway and 2 more units. Each gateway piece can be paired up with up to 3 locks. Installation of the new lock and hardware was easy. The most time consuming for me was to remove the old hardware from my old doors. Once installed, getting it connected to the app was a breeze. I love the functionality and piece of mind to know doors are locked when needed and can be locked and unlocked in so many ways, including remotely now that Iโve added the Wi-Fi gateway. Design is beautiful and matched my decor. All hardware felt sturdy. Highly recommend!

Great for the money
This smart lock is great. Very easy to assemble. The fingerprint recognition is next to none and the app is easy to use. It connects like it should and hasnโt given me any problems. It WILL log you out every once in a while for security reason, but you just have to log back in. Itโs easy to program and add multiple people. The only reason I dropped a star is because it goes through batteries pretty fast. I didnโt receive a notification that the batteries are low and it seems to affect the auto lock. I had the problem where it wouldnโt auto lock right away and one day it auto locked a few hours later while I was home, so thatโs something to watch out for. All in all itโs a very good lock, great for the price.

Great 2nd experience with door locks
I previously bought a keypad door lock but it crapped out after 2 days. So when I decided to buy this one I was a little hesitant because of a previous experience however; this was one of the best purchases I made for my door. The installation and instructions were easy to understand and if you didnโt understand the directions they had a step by step video which I found on YouTube. So far the door lock has been working great. It recognizes my fingerprint each time and the code creation was also easy to do on the app.

This was easy to install and I would recommend it. The hardware was made with quality materials and looked very good. I would have given this only 4.5 stars if I could because you need to purchase the WiFi bridge separately if you want to utilize the Alexa or Google Assistant features. In addition, I called Amazon tech support for help because every time I tried to use the Google Assistant to unlock or lock the unit, it kept telling me that something went wrong with the PIN I entered. I had to dig into the Google group chats and learned that you need to use the PIN from the Philips app under the profile section. From there you select “works with” and then Google Assistant. You will find the correct PIN in this section. I did purchase the WiFi bridge separately and I’m very happy with the system.
