Not good for chopping!
I like OXO products because I have arthritis in my hands. It is comfortable. However, for chopping, it doesn’t work well for me.

パン生地をこねたり伸ばしたりするのに使ってみましたが、ハンドル部分が丁度手にピタッと収まる形で、非常に握りやすく、その分、扱い易いなと思いました。造りもしっかりしていて丈夫そうですし、刃(と言うほど鋭利ではありませんが)の部分にメモリが振ってあるのが気が利いてて地味に便利だと思いました。

Good quality, easy to use but the blade is very blunt. I would prefer a sharper blade to cut into doughs, however it is excellent in collecting veggies from cutting board or counter top.
