    The only thing that helped
We have indoor cats. We were staying in a camper, so it was nearly impossible to keep bugs out.I will say, use caution when applying to things such as a rug. I thought I only sprinkled a little, when I went to sweep it with the broom I created a huge dust cloud!

Powder is messy, gets inhaled easily, and hard to get out of carpet
I’m may have killed fleas, but it wouldn’t be my first choice again simply because it is a powder Putting it on my cats was quite a dusty experience and I felt like we were inhaling a lot of it. I also put it in my bedroom carpet and am still trying to get it out a month later (and I’m vacuuming it almost daily). My vacuum keeps coming out full of white dust and the motor is sounding louder too so it may be about to die.I don’t want to say it is a bad product because I knew it was a powder when I bought it and just hadn’t thought it through.

    It worked!
My dog tangled with a skunk in my yard and in addition to being sprayed ended up being infested with fleas. I have had dogs my whole life but this was a first for me. I did not want to dose him or my home with chemicals so ordered this powder. I rubbed it into his coat and treated the carpet and his bed. After about a week of repeat treatments, I am happy to say that we are flea free!!

It took awhile, but… might be worth the wait.
I bought this product after using a Frontline Bug Bomb and using an all natural spray from Vets+Best. We got the cat covered right away with flea medicine (all natural probably would not have worked on her) and the fleas began to look for new victims. I was vacuuming and washing everything but when a light and soapy dish water was left out we could catch up to 60 fleas in the three rooms we have. I’d pull at least four off my sock and place them in soap solution to kill them every time I walked to the bathroom. With a 18 month old I was desperate to find something. We live in a 900 sq.ft condo, and have two rooms, a hallway, and a living room. Here were the steps I took and its end result:1. Vacuumed the entire home, moving EVERYTHING. After I vacuumed immediately sprinkled this on the carpet, rubbed it in the with broom being gentle so the dust wouldn’t fly everywhere and moved my stuff back in place. I found the easiest way to shake the container was side to side rather then up and down. Paid attention to legs, edges of bed frames and under the couch/chairs. This used up about 1/3 of the container.2. Every day, sprinkle again on high traffic areas like the hallway, by the beds, and in the living room. Every day for the first five days(that you don’t vacuum). These days it felt like it did nothing! But by the forth day, testing with soapy water and a light we were reduced to about 20 fleas in the trap rather than 60. But they were still everywhere and reallly driving me crazy!3. Vacuum day, 5 days after product is spread. After we vacuumed we saw a very quick drop in the amount of fleas and they were becoming desperate. I could catch one or two on my sock but only in the hallway and back bedroom where maybe, I wasn’t so diligent with the powder. These I would catch and kill.4. After two weeks, I would catch maybe one or two more in a FEW hours. The instructions said to wait 2 more weeks before vacuuming but I could not do that. I waited five more days, vacuumed and feel like they are dying out.In the end, I am buying one more container to finish the job because while it takes a LONGGG time, I think it does the job. Its not messy if you puncture the holes on the top with a small knife and find a good way to shake it. I also used Lemongrass oil (40 drops to half to 10-12 ounces) in a spray bottle which killed them after a while if they made contact on their bodies (too acidic). I mopped in the bathroom and the kitchen with lemongrass oil and a swifer jet (Lavender) solution. I found that at TJ MAXX for 4.99! Between all this, the cat getting her medicine… the nightmare might be over!

    Didn’t work at all
I used this product on my indoor cat, as well as my outdoor cats. This product didn’t work on either. I followed the instructions, rubbing and massaging the product into their fur (they are all short hair cats too), and the fleas didn’t diminish in the least. I also do not like this product because when you sprinkle it on your pets, a cloud of dust flies upward. I had to wear a mask in order to apply this product on my pets, and even so the dust still flew into my face and clogged up my lungs immediately. Mind you, when this happened I was indoors and there was no wind to blame for this. I don’t recommend this at all.

    Can’t reallyt tell
I can’t really tell. It is very thick and rough on the dogs coat and don’t get it on the floor or carpet. its difficult to vacuum up. Anyway, at this point i’ll try anything. I will use this for the outdoor play area where the dogs play during the day.

    Natural Flea Powder
The powder seems like a great alternative to chemical options. It is easy to appy and my cat doesn’t mind it too much. My only problems are the cost and that my cat still has fleas and is still itching even after a full body coating with this powder. I will finish the bottle but have started searching for another organic or natural method to end this current invation.

    Great tick remedy
Live in one of the worst tick areas of the Northeast, have spent money on expensive products and was still pulling 3-10 ticks a day off each of my dogs. Used a powder like this with peppermint oil ten years ago for a flea problem and it worked great. One week of use and only have found one tick. It is a little more work reapply at least once a week to back and stomach but a great solution!
