Comfy office chair
Arrived on time and with no damage. I had to replace the old one as it was killing my back. This one is soft and comfortable and I love that I can put the arms up or down depending on what I am doing. My back has not hurt since I started using this chair. Love the chair.

Color white is actually cream but otherwise is a good chair
The chair is very comfortable and nice, but the color was supposed to be white. Instead, it is cream. I kept it anyways, but just so you know.

I was shocked when I pulled the chair pieces out of the box. This chair is an absolute beauty! I thought because of the price the chair may feel cheap, however, that’s not the case at all! I ordered white because the cream color was out of stock but this chair is definitely cream color just a heads up. Personally that’s what I wanted so I’m not complaining but to anyone purposely choosing white, you may be disappointed. I sat in it while doing homework and compared to the other piece of crap chair I’ve had, my back was well supported. Seriously the best $85 spent on an office chair!

I wanted to like this chair
I really wanted to like this chair, and it looks nice but it has went south really quick once I sat in it. I spend a good bit of time at my computer so I spend a good bit of time setting in a chair. This chair is nice for the back support behind me but is far too short to my liking. I can’t lean back and rest my head in this chair. Where it all went so bad is the bottom seat. It is absolutely killing my tailbone. I can’t even set in this chair and want to return it but I tossed the box and packaging. The back of the chair feels good for lumbar support and feels pretty well comfort wise other than the lack of height, but the bottom is very hard, lacking padding and no matter how I position my feet or adjust the height it’s hard on my tailbone, and very hard to set on. I love the flip up armrests. They lack enough padding in my opinion though and them being just barely comfortable and somewhat hard now I am concerned about long time use and the padding wearing out that is there causing to get real uncomfortable in the long term. Lift adjustment raising and lowering and the casters all work very nicely, and with the flip up arms it’s easier to get closer to desk if needed as full arm length supports are farther out front and can hit the desk depending on your set up. I can set in it for a little bit, but have to get out of it when my tailbone starts to hurt real bad. I am not extremely big and heavy so my just over 200lbs should not be a factor. The back of the chair feels like it has so much more padding than the bottom of it. I understand we all aren’t the same shape and size, but at 5″10″ with my weight it should have fit better and been better padded on the seat bottom and rear top of seatback should be at least 4-6″ taller. I have tried pillow and a foam pad to set on but it doesn’t help. No, I don’t recommend this chair.

Easy Assembly and Very Comfortable
Easy to assemble and looks like quality materials. Comfortable and we enjoy that the arms fold up so the chair can push under our desk.
