Works pretty well
Was disappointed the bottle wasn’t full when received. The write up made it seem like the packets were refills, so it’s one to get you started and one refill. Splitting hairs, right?There is no distinct scent to the cleaner, and its does an adequate job of cleaning and disinfecting. Have to use a lot for the desired level of really clean. Will make the next batch with less water. Also the bottle leaks after you have used it, so some gets wasted each time you spray.

Literally it doesn’t work. I’ve been using it almost every day and I haven’t gotten any positive result.

No urine smell, no allergy aggravation
I’m ever and always in search of odor neutralizers and pet cleanup products; family members have pets and I would rather smell what the pets have done than what the humans have used to clean up after them. Going to mom’s, I’m often smacked in the face by the perfumed scent of the carpet cleaner or pet stain remover solutions used. I then, have to take 1 to 3 allergy medications to neutralize them in my system. Most the time, they don’t even kill the odors or stains.This product did not coat my hands in scent when I mixed it up (there was spillage). When it was used on the carpet, I didn’t know it had been. That is EXCELLENT! I simply assumed the dog had been behaving. Can’t ask for better than that, aside from the dog actually not having a problem.Let’s talk about the spillage. I cut off a corner of the packet, in order to pour the concentrate into the bottle. It was awkward and apparently, I needed a funnel. Or, I needed someone else to do it. I missed, I spilled, I should have done it over carpet or stinky shoes, maybe the sink. So, be warned, be careful; square peg, round hole. Even if you cut a small hole, it gushes quickly.Other than that, it’s just fine.

Got a stain out of my carpeting
My dog has never messed in the house but I got this product thinking it would be great to have on hand. Fast forward a few weeks and there’s a mystery stain (most likely from wet/dirty dog laying down after being in the yard when it rained). It dried and definitely still showed the nearly 18” circle of grime.It wasn’t urine so I cannot attest to the efficiency of the product for that problem. BUT I sprayed the product on the big stain, let it soak for awhile and scrubbed it with an old towel. It still looked dark initially but after it dried for a day there was no indication of a stain. Definitely worked on the wet dog grime and hopefully won’t need to find out about its efficacy with bodily fluids.

Truly Free Odor & Stain Eliminator
I was skeptical but wanted to give this a try anyway. I am SOLD!!! It works. I used it on something that had urine dried on it that wouldn’t fit in the wash. It pretty much knocked the odor out instantly. I sprayed the fabric and let it dry. The smell is gone. No stain either. I love it for that.

My daughter is still having lots of accidents around the house, and we have sofa, carpet, chairs etc which this works like wonder! Love it so far.
