Either I did it wrong or it’s a tad too little
Eh? I don’t know if I have it on right. I saw the 2 red “back” tags on the back and used that as a guide per the instructions. My couch is new. I just bought it gently used and well taken care of from an estate sale on Sunday (owner had died and paid well over $5000 for it, it’s American bungalow so it’s high end and champagne colored, my 9 year old has bed wetting issues and if he forgets his night pants has accidents , he ruined the last couch I had hauled off ). The foam sticks come out ! Not sure if the cushions should go over the cover or not. My husband is on the way home from work and can’t help me. I have back issues so bending down to straighten it or cover the front and sides fully is hard for me. I asked my nearly 18 year old/ oldest son to help me since he’s 6’1 and can pull this huge sofa and tuck better and he said “I’m doing homework, sorry ! Can’t ! Read the instructions!” Great ! 😡 as you see certain parts aren’t lined up properly and stick out like a sore thumb. I did buy 2 cans of ScotchGuard at Lowe’s last night and only used one, so I have a can left for the 6 month reapplication . It’s not big enough I think, husband measured 91” across the top and 89 at the bottom I think so in theory it SHOULDVE been big enough. But for $18 it’s cheaper than Walmart. Get the right size
Please make sure you get the right size. Mine was a little too big, but I’m OK with it. The material is soft but a little bit thin. This is very easy to wash and it does not really wrinkle. My purpose is just to cover the chair color. I would suggest measure your chair and compare before you buy.

rest in peace my sweet angel Lily. She loved scratching the leather couches in my shitty rental but boy was she happy to have these covers on. Scratching was no longer her perogative. All she wanted was to take out the foam inserts and climb all up and down the fabric. Cleaning is pretty easy but would recommend passing a vacuum though it before washing if you have kitties. The waffle pattern seems to keep hair in pretty strongly. lily’s favorite spot was the green chair so I’m glad that we can leave the unit with the safety deposit, and a memory of her favorite spot in fabric form, to be used on whatever chair we have next. Had these covers for about a year before reviewing. No tears, unremovable stains, or anything that makes these look any less new. No pilling either, suprisingly. Only note is that they’re just a bit too big for our smaller leather couches, would work best for something a lot more plush and cushiony.
