I’ve been using the spray and laundry additive for a while now. I know the spray kills on contact because I saw it happen with my own eyes. Unfortunately, the spray has no residual effect. I’ve been using the laundry additive, washing in HOT water only. I didn’t see any point in the claim that it works in all temperatures, when you still need to dry clothes on HIGH HEAT. I use it mostly for peace of mind. One IMPORTANT note, the directions say to “add 1 cap full (1 oz) to each load of laundry”. The problem is the cap does NOT measure 1 oz! It only measures about 1/2 oz. I contacted the company about it, and they realized that after recently changing the packaging, they neglected to update the instructions. They sent me a free bottle for my trouble. That was nice.
