Fun changing color porch/patio lighting fixture.
I picked up this LED Outdoor Wall Light from the the iYogaled Store. Designed and functional as Outdoor, Porch/patio light capable with Color Changing, it measures just 14 Inches tall. Modern RGBCW Wall Sconce, 22W 1800LM Exterior Light Fixture, Smart Porch Lights Tuya App Control, ETL Certified.This is a great little light. Easy to install. Pretty straight forward actually. It requires the app to interface with the light fixture’s functions. A great value for the money, Sturdy and a very well performed build quality and look. Sleek and modern, fits any decor and style-look.Colorful and a great addition. A nice touch to meet the change in the for each of the holidays throughout the year and of course a way to greet into each of the changing seasons.Highly recommended and certainly worth a consideration. I certainly would buy again to add more lighting.

Lights look great and are easy to install. I wish they would connect to WiFi instead of just bluetooth. -1 star because of that. Would buy again.

Great outdoor light, color; brightness and size
It’s really nice I like how you can get a unique color with this LED sconce. It’s very large and bright enough to offer light to see your keys in the dark. It’s solid glass and the glass is tempered and very strong. Not only does it look more beautiful with the glass but it makes it a lot stronger and a lot more resistant to high heat. The LED light has a lot of different functions and is a large size which is one of the reasons why the light looks so good.It is also very strong as the glass is tempered but also kind of thick and that is encased in a metal frame. The light attaches easily to any wall with the mounting plate. Even the mounting plate is metal with outdoor grade powder coat and is easy to mount up with the included screws. And I know the glass is strong because it slipped of my cart before installing it and landed on the concrete slab of the garage floor and did not break.

Baffling…
Sorry guys, I have no idea how people are happy with this product. I mean, the light itself is sturdy, and feels well-built. Installing it was pretty easy and straightforward. After that, it’s junk. This thing ONLY syncs over bluetooth, which isn’t a huge issue, just a slightly elevated annoyance for me, considering that I have an entirely segregated 2.4ghz wifi network just for my smart devices that this thing won’t work with, and the detailed stuff can only be done through my phone and no other device. The Tuya app is absolute garbage. It crashed three times after installing before it loaded correctly. Once it loaded, it connected to the light almost immediately, and I was able to play with some settings like changing the colors and messing around with the music syncing….which beats to sound, but doesn’t actually sync with music, so it always seemed a bit off to me. I don’t plan on using the music portion much at all anyway. My bigger issues arose when I discovered that even though I could see the dimming function in the app, it wouldn’t work at all. I chose to install this light in a hallway inside (yeah, I know it’s an outdoor light) right outside my daughter’s room. She likes the light in a pink color, but it’s crazy bright for the location, but I can’t dim it. I noticed in another review that someone was using a Smart Life app, which was similar. I decided to try that to see if I could get better functionality. I uninstalled the Tuya app (huge mistake), and went searching for a Smart Life app. There’s a bunch of them! It only took me three tries to find the one that looked similar to the Tuya app, but once I loaded it, I couldn’t sync the light fixture to it. The instructions for syncing it were far less than helpful, and even every solution I found through Google didn’t work. I spent several HOURS trying to get this thing to work, but I couldn’t get it synced back up to any app, not even when I re-installed Tuya… So, now it’s stuck on pink, crazy bright, and can only be turned on and off with a physical light switch….the daughter is ok with it, so I guess it is what it is…. When I find a good wifi-enabled replacement, though, it’ll come down and go in the donation box.

The light’s color transitions can sync with music or ambient sound picked up by my phone
The wall light is rectangular with a black frame and I think it contrasts a lot with the bright light. I also discovered that the frame is magnetic. I measured the wall light and it’s about 13 7/8 inches in height, 6 3/16 inches in width, and roughly 4 13/16 inches in depth. On the back I found it’s rated at 22 watts, with RGBCW color. I see it’s also ETL certified and marked as compliant with UL Standard 1598, so it’s safe for wet locations, and are built specifically for wall mounting. According to the labeling, it’s made in China. In the installation guide it says it works with voltages from 100 up to 277V AC and it’s equivalent to a 180 watts light.It comes with three push-in wire connectors. And each push-in wire connector has three ports, though I only needed two for my installation. Once installed, I powered it on and went over the control options. The manual mentions the Tuya app for controlling the light via a mobile device, but I learned through online research that the Smart Life app is the same as Tuya, just a different name. Pairing was quick: it connected in less than a minute.Through the app, I can adjust the brightness and color temperature of the white light, pick custom colors, or choose from 38 preset options, including dynamic color-changing modes or static colors. It even has a feature that syncs the light’s color transitions with music or ambient sound picked up by my phone. I also set up timers to automate when the light turns on or off, with the option to enable or disable notifications. Plus, I configured default settings so the light either restores its last-used color and brightness or switches to a fixed preset when powered on. As both Tuya and Smart Life work with Google Home, I can also use voice commands to control the wall light.
