I am amazed at the quality of this item. I just received it and immediately started to put it together. I read the manual but felt it was just very self explanatory. The reason I bought the wand is because I’m quite a bit older than I used to be (83) and can no longer crawl around on my knees. I guess I could, but I don’t want to. If I get down, I don’t get up••••••again, ever•••••• feels like! Not only do I need this wand for my shower and tub, but I’m also the proud owner of a Mexican terracotta floor through my entire house. I love my floor but after 25 years the 1” grout-lines are not as easy to maintain as they used to be, specially not around the kitchen.. I drop stuff of the counter constantly (eyes also 85). I bet I could find many other uses for this once I get going.Did I mention the high quality of this item. I had expected something much inferior for the price. Now all that remains is powering it up for the first time and if for any reason I change my mind I’ll do a correction on this review.I came with many (7) little attachments (brushes in every shape under the sun and some pads & scrubbies) & even a hook to hang it on.

Good product with caveats.
Appears to be well constructed and has several attachments. Rechargeable battery is a nice feature. Have not tried a full cleaning test but seems initially okay. Be aware that unit is relatively heavy, especially with extension arm attached and can be awkward in, for example, a small shower. The upside of this is that the extension can reach normal ceiling height if your ceramic or porcelain wall(s) are that high. The customer service and warranty Internet addresses are on the outside of the container, so note record that for your records because they are not in the brochure.

I love this product cause I have a knee injury and scrubbing on my knees hurts badly.Only problem is I lost the charging cable. Is there any compatible charging cables that I can use as a replacement?

Unfussy. Easy to assemble/ disassemble and charge. Used it for an hour today to clean my shower. Frankly when my wife asked me to buy it I was sceptical, but it gets off the dirt that one cannot easily do otherwise. I have been trying to get the shower tray clean for ages without success. With this, having sprayed the cleaner 10 minutes before as per the instructions , within 5 minutes it was gleaming white again. Also the vinyl on the floor which had ingrained dirt not removed with a mop now looks much cleaner (I was amazed how much dirt came off). But the point is – this was just the first time. With successive use more will come off. And it’s light, comes with a removable middle section in the handle so you can shorten it and it avoids the need to bend down . Wish I had had one years ago -it genuinely saves a lot of time, work and back ache.
