Hands down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made, and I wished I found out about this sooner. I’ve spent days looking for a rug that will fit my 6×7 space, and there were no rugs to be found. I’ve considered possible measurements that would be close and available (e.g 6×6/7×7, etc) but still not ideal. Which is why I was so happy that a custom cut to fit area rug is possible at a reasonable price. The edges were bound, I can get the exact size that I want, get it delivered to my doorstep for free, and I didn’t need to pay an exorbitant price that you would be charged by other companies. I will definitely go with this company again for my future rug needs.

We ordered this to fit in a really awkward tight spot in front of our back door. Not only does it fit perfectly but I can barely tell that dogs with muddy paws have been running across it all week.However, between the rug and suggested rug pad (not included), the area smelled foul for about a day, so make sure to get it when it has time to air out first

They don’t custom cut to size.
I ordered a 12′ x 20′ rug with instructions to cut the length down to 17′. When we received our rug, it had not been cut at all. Now let me tell you….attempting to repack this rug was a struggle, to say the least. I ended up having to pay UPS personnel $14 for them to repack. There is too much competition in this field and I will never order from Koeckritz again!

The quality of the rug is a little less plush than I would have expected for the price but you can’t beat the service. Ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday with a custom cut and without Amazon prime. Fabulous service!
