Customer service was fantastic when I ran into a problem with the desk, would highly recommend to any and all of my friends/family. Desk was simple to put together and the build quality is great. The carbon fiber looks amazing and I would say the value for my money was well worth it. The size of the desk is perfect for gamers and collectors for the shelves.

Terrible company
The functionality and build quality is TERRIBLE. Customer service is equally lacking, the LED lights came broken and there were connection screws that were missing. I requested a return and they wanted to charge me more than half to ship back. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time, it was a waste of money unfortunately and I went back and forth with customer service for over 2 weeks. I still didn’t get the LED light replacements they claimed they would send. It’s a very basic desk and now I know it cost more than it’s worth.
