Awesome product. Would give 10 stars if I could
If I could give these 10 stars, I would. Great product. The integration with the Govee app is awesome. You can control everything from the app or from the touch buttons on top. You can change colors of the night light. This replaced my Holmes air purifier and this one is whisper quiet at medium speed but it’s moving a lot of air. Great product for the money.I can’t help but love the app integration with my other Govee products. I can’t help see my refrigerator and freezer temp devices as well and my grilling probes all on the same app. It’s a single pane of glass for all the Govee products.

It doesn’t have a button lock, otherwise it’s perfect!
I love my filter since I have 2 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 kids. I can see it clearly picking up fur from the air and my home just smells fresh all of the time. I love all of the features, but my one and only complaint is that is does not have a button lock. I assumed it would since I have a Govee heater with a button lock. My cat is always turning it off because he won’t leave it alone and I’m at the point that I may have to buy a different brand of filter altogether just to have that feature. It helps cool the air as well, which helps when I have it in my bedroom. The light feature is fun and helpful as well since you can change the brightness level and colors. The noise level is fine, but may bother some where others don’t mind. Altogether, this works amazingly, it’s easy to understand and put together, and I can control it with my phone which helps when I’m not home!

Great filter, although I had to replace one of two
I ordered one of these for my bedroom to replace a fairly pricey Levoit purifier which had started squealing after only a few months of running it on low, and only at night. After a few days of experience with this one, I wound up ordering another for the living room area. Although that filter worked fine, the air quality sensor was all over the place. Even sitting side by side with the first one it was changing randomly by a factor of 10. I ordered a replacement which came a few days ago and it’s been working perfectly fine.The Govee purifier was relatively easy to set up through the app, although the second one took several tries to get the Wi-Fi connected. Ultimately, unplugging it and plugging it back in jump started the process. Within an hour I could sense a noticeable difference in the air quality of my home. The units are attractive, and seem to be solidly built. The controls are simple and straightforward, as is the app. As others have pointed out, they are also extremely quiet except on medium or high which I seldom run them on. Thankfully, you can set all of the lights to be completely off at night using scheduling which can also vary the fan speed setting over time. I think the night light feature is somewhat window dressing and not something I will necessarily use but it does look cool.The air quality sensor is a very useful feature I believe. Not only can it be used to control the fan speed when using the Auto setting, but it gives quite a bit of insight into what activities generate high particle counts. One thing that I found interesting was when using air freshener. A short spray of an air freshener in the house caused both units to immediately ramp up to high and particle counts to go up by 10 times. Obviously these are aerosols and not solid particles but the units sensed them and within a matter of minutes the scent from the air freshener was completely gone. Obviously the carbon filters do their job. I guess if I want to do that again I’ll turn the units off for a time.At this point I’m completely satisfied with these units. Hopefully they’ll continue to run without issue. I already ordered replacement filters for both although I’m sure I won’t need them for quite some time.

Amazing filter
This this works great. My dusting went from weekly to monthly. The size is compact for how much air it can move. Extremely high quality. I’ve used air purifiers that cost more that worked half as well. This is a fine example of the quality govee can produce. Filters are not crazy expensive but they aren’t cheap either. Can hardly notice the sound unless I put it on overdrive mode. Air quality in my room is always in the green now. I vape and it can clear my clouds efficiently and quickly.
