One not working after two months.
Purchased the 2 pack 5.9” globes two months ago and one of them is now not working. They are really nice looking when they work, just frustrating that one of them only lasted two months. I can’t find any way to contact the company. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I thought they looked great and would be perfect for a garden party I was having in January. Some of the fittings were loose but I finally charged them a few days ago and discovered one of them wasn’t working. The others appeared to be working but when I placed them in the garden yesterday only one was working. I turned the switch on and off and they would come on for a few seconds and then turn off again. The items received were defective and the seller said they would provide a refund which I am very happy about.
