Troubleshooting
Can’t charge/won’t turn on or doesn’t light up?
1.Please fully charge the item first, or use another data cable to check again.
2.If you don’t use it often, please charge it once a month.
Product wifi connection does not work?
1.If other Wi-Fi coverage area is strong, the product signal will be affected by the Wi-Fi coverage. In this case, we recommend changing the environment to try.
2. Confirm whether there are other cell phones connecting to the product WiFi, or whether the cell phone opens the permission of the App to connect to the abnormal WiFi.
App display abnormality/(lens blur/black screen)?
1.Please make sure whether your phone has the permission to open the APP to connect to the abnormal WiFi.
2. Please uninstall and reinstall to check and make sure you choose the right APP.
3.Please wipe the lens of the product with a dry towel.
NOTES:
1. Please put the silicone sleeve tightly on the ear pick before use.
2. Do not break the ear pick with your hands.
3. Children should be supervised by an adult when using the Visual Ear Endoscope.
4. It is not recommended for children under 6 years old and pets on the move.

Cool Gadget, Surprisingly Useful
Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect with this, but it’s actually pretty handy. The camera quality is better than I thought it’d be, and the app was easy to install. I was able to get a clear view inside my ear on the first try — a little weird at first, but also kind of fascinating.The tool itself feels well-built, lightweight, and not uncomfortable to use. It comes with a few different tips, which is nice, and the built-in light really helps with visibility. I was able to remove a small piece of wax that had been bothering me, and it was way easier than trying to use cotton swabs blindly.One thing I’ll say: make sure to clean it well between uses and take your time. It’s not something you want to rush. Better than expected!
This was easy to use and connect to my phone. Based on user’s anatomy there could be a slight learning curve in right vs. left ear camera use.The design allows the camera to fit into the ear canal comfortably and remove even small blockages. Gauge inner ear response before being too aggressive. Although the silicone tip is comfortable, the inner ear skin is quite sensitive.The quality is impressive. Removal of blockages provided me with both pain relief and restoration of hearing.

My doctor isn’t lazy
I saw my doctor for an ear flush but he didn’t really seem interested in doing it and instead just told me that not much wax is in my ear and he gave me a prescription ear wax dissolver spray that I hate using because it leaks out slowly and I use ear buds often.This camera showed me that my doctor was right. My ears are clean af. Glad I got this tool anyway. Works well but it can get a little difficult to get use to especially when swapping ears. You can see some of the review videos where people are going slow to scoop out the wax, that’s because you have to move that camera and angle the scoop right to get the wax. Great product either way.

Fascinatingly disgusting! 😂
I had an insane blockage in my ear, used a qtip against my better judgment (I know) and thought I got the cotton stuck in my ear, so I ordered this in panic for same-day delivery. Turns out no cotton, but an incredible amount of wax that was even beyond what I expected in there. Just be careful using this, go slow and do it in sessions if there’s a lot of wax because it can make your ear sore and you don’t want to damage anything in there. I thought I had tinnitus, but looks like just a crazy load of earwax 😅😅 I feel so much relief just seeing what’s going on in there. The camera view is a little disorienting at first, but you get used to it. Again, GO SLOW! Best purchase I’ve made in a while. Plenty of different tips to use, and a surprising video quality

Suear Product is Great!!
This product works!!! My right ear has always been clogged and I would use cotton swabs I made it worse. However after reviewing products I found this one and I must say!!! Wow!!! I’ll advise when first using be gentle and tough your ear canal start at the beginning of your ear and work your way down your ear canal and reach the dirt or build up wax. The camera is perfect with a led light for you to monitor the inside of your ear. I have some pictures of built up Wax that was blocking my earring, I was going to go to a specialist; but looked for an alternative option and found this product!!! Be advise the pictures are pretty disturbing. Also purchase ear wax drops to soften. The product also connects via WiFi not Bluetooth

Treat myself or go to the doctor—save $$$
Y’all have to get this. My husband was complaining of his ear hurting. I bought this tiny camera and was able to identify that he needs to go to a doctor ASAP to get some meds for pain relief. The soft tip was great and little pain in just looking. I have ear wax build up, so I can quickly look and see how much wax so I can treat the wax myself instead of spending $80 for a doctor appt. Hope this lasts forever!!

Absolutely amazing—relieved my ear pain!
I was dealing with ear pain from built-up wax and this tool was a lifesaver. The camera let me clearly see what was going on inside my ear, and I was able to safely remove the wax myself. It was super easy to use, and I felt so much better right after. Definitely recommend if you’re struggling with ear buildup—this thing really works!
