Amazing!
I tend to zest all my citruses at once and got this when I got tired of grating my knuckles, I’m glad I did! Not only does the shape prevents hurting my knuckles but it’s also so much more efficient than the grater I was using. It grated twice as much limes as before.I did have to learn to go with a lighter hand though because otherwise you’ll get more than the zest.Needless to say it’s a love. Can’t speak about longevity yet or how it does in the dishwasher, I only handwased it so far and that was easy

The Zest is yet to come!!
Top of the line at a great price. This little baby is sharp so grates easily! It holds the zest in the curved top so all you have to do is turn it over and tap it on the bowl or onto a cutting board. Easy peasy! It also has a rubber piece at the end so it stays in place when grating on a cutting board. I have arthritis in my hands but I have no trouble using this zester. Love love love it!

This is the easiest to use, and the easiest to clean! And you don’t tend to scrap your skin at all when trying to get citrus zest. It’s fast and efficient! I love it!Update: I use this all the time – more than I use to zest because of it’s ease of use. You can get so much more done in a short period of time; the results are much finer than my old little hard to use zester, and the taste is so much sweeter as you don’t go deep into the peel, it’s really all sweet surface citrus peel. I’m saving peels now for recipes, for freeze dried, for dried, to add to teas, etc. anything I can think of. It’s a great, handy, efficient tool.

The best Zesting Grater I have ever used, at any price!
Over the years I have purchased many graters for zesting and hard cheese grating but all of them fell short when it comes to function until I purchased this one. First it is very sharp which makes it nearly effortless to use, just be careful. Second it has a large handle which makes it easy to grip and hold which is especially important to me as my hands are plagued with Arthritis and not as strong as they used to be. Third this grater is easy to clean and sanitize as it is Stainless Steel and Plastic with no place for contamination to hide. I highly recommend this product and the seller.

Microplane zester
Bought this as my Pampered Chef microplane zester broke. This handles well, great for finely grated parmesan. The zest is a bit more coarse as compared to P.C. Zester but recipe outcomes have all been excellent.Trying to avoid purchasing items made in China; not transparent with where this is made.

It works so good
I’ve been using the same old mixed thing that had a cheese grater and zester and everything on it for years . Then I recently got into lots of meals that used lemon zest and lime zest. So, I decided to get a zester. I should have done it forever ago this thing zests so fast and so amazingly I’m going to save so much time it’s crazy.

Cok keskin oldugu icin sona geldiginizde dikkat edin yada bir aparat kullanin. Catal bile olur. Temizlemeside cok kolay. Biraz iri disli bir rende daha uretseler onu da salata yapmak icin alirdim
