I love this chair! The fabric is soft and looks like leather. Great design! The only thing is the plastic plugs to hide the screws don’t stay in all the holes. I left them off. Comfortable as an extra chair for company.

I would give these an honest 4.8. Really well done and a good value for the moneyPros:-Every piece of fabric comes off if needed to be washed. This is HUGE for me, as I run an ABNB.-Pretty easy assembly and clear instructionsExtra parts-Fabric feels nice, is a good off white, and looks like linen-Comfortable and a good height and size for smaller spaces-Feels sturdy and well made-Well packedCons:’The screw fillers are slightly off color and have to be hammered in, so they would be hard to get back off-If you ever need to take the fabric off the bottom or back (not the cushions, so would rare), you have to disassmble the chair because the screws are in the way. The only way to avoid that would be a wood or rattan base / backdoesn’t come with a watching allen wrench. Not big if you gave a drill with Allen bits, but it would be a nice touchAll in all, very happy with the purchase

Should you need to get a refund, know that it will not be easy or full.
The chairs themselves are lovely. A bit lower than expected, but very nice. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my chairs and getting my refund was a very frustrating and long process. I returned the Chairs in February 2025 and didn’t receive a until May 28th 2025. And then it was only a partial refund (Less $37.00) I am assuming for shipping). I am not sure why I have to pay for the shipping costs if there was an issue with the chairs themselves. However, this partial refund did not come easy. There were numerous chats and conversations with an amazon rep for hours and hours only to be told I can only receive a refund from the seller. Not only was getting a partial refund from this seller extremely difficult, but Amazon was also a very big disappointment in this whole thing.

I bought these for a small apartment, thinking “they’d be ok”. Well, they’re better than ok, they’re fantastic. I assembled both chairs in less than 30 minutes. They’re very comfy with just the right amount of padding. They are low, which may be problematic for those with problems sitting on a low chair. The color is a very light off white. The added lumbar cushion is a bonus.
