Easy way to get eggs just the way I like them
Purchased the black 7-egg model for use in my camper van. Making a couple hard boiled eggs in the afternoon when the solar is providing energy, and eating them with no wait the next morning. (keep them in the refrigerator)The unit is light, compact and easy to use. The auto shut-off works fine, but I still have to pay attention since there is no audible signal when cooking is done. I like them a little soft so need to get the eggs out and into cold water right away.I don’t always make 7 eggs at a time, so had to experiment to get the right water level for fewer eggs since the plastic water cup doesn’t have indicators for number of eggs. Just took a few times and now I know (put a small scratch on the side of the cup)The dimension drawing shows the height of the unit as 5.75″ but mine is actually 4.75″ and it fits in my 5 inch deep drawer with room to spare. Not a big deal and better for me.Overall, this egg boiler is simple, light, compact, easy to use and inexpensive. Can’t yet speak to long-term reliability but it works great right now.

Highly effective and used everyday
Highly, highly recommend! This little egg cooker is one of the most-used items in our kitchen. We have used it every day since Sept 2024 when we purchased it for about $13. It is quiet and quick to hard-boil eggs. All you need to do is put a specified amount of water in, to cook eggs the way you like it. It is just now starting to have some issues where it doesn’t cook the eggs all the way through when it automatically turns off. We will absolutely be purchasing another one to replace it. You cannot beat the price on this little gadget for what it does. I attached some photos of what it looks like after 9 months of use. Even with cleaning the device carefully, you will eventually get some browning on the cook plate.

Great appliance in a small size.
Got this to test and so far it is really good. Done the omelet and the hard boiled eggs so far and it is quick and easy to do. The omelet tray really only holds one egg omelets, but it was perfect size for what I wanted. It may take a try or two to get the amount of water right (it comes with a little cup) for the omelet, but once you do, it is very easy. Timer is a one position and it goes till the water is all gone which doesn’t take long. Only tried with 2 eggs so far but really like it so far.

Compact and Effective, But Keep an Eye on It
This egg cooker really does make the process faster and more convenient if you eat eggs regularly. It can handle up to 14 eggs at once, which is great for meal prepping or breakfast for the whole family. I’ve used it for soft, medium, and hard-boiled eggs, and once you get the water measurements right, it cooks pretty evenly. The measuring cup with markings helps, but you’ll still need to do some trial and error based on your personal preference.The unit is compact, so it doesn’t take up much space, and the black and stainless steel design looks nice on the counter. It also heats up quickly, which helps keep cook time short — way faster than waiting for a pot of water to boil on the stove. The included trays for omelets and poached eggs are a nice bonus, though they’re really only sized for a small single serving.Now for the downside: there’s no buzzer or beep when it finishes. The only indicator is the small light turning off, and if you’re not watching closely, it’s really easy to miss. That means your eggs can quickly go from just right to overcooked if you’re not paying attention — definitely not a set-it-and-forget-it situation.Also, the stainless steel heating plate gets a crusty buildup after each use — mostly from mineral deposits or egg drips. Works great and easy to use.
Works like a dream! I put the right amount of water in (filtered) with the measuring cup provided. Add the eggs to the tray and pierce them with the end of the measuring cup. Turn it on and it turns off when done. The recipe booklet also has recipes for things such as frozen corn. I tried it with fresh corn on the cob and it was pretty good. Recommend. Always use filter water or distilled water for easy cleanup.

Stop questioning yourself. You really do need this!
The last thing I thought I needed was another kitchen gadget, but I was wrong! This egg cooker may be my favorite kitchen gadget of all time! It is very easy to use, and the eggs cook perfectly every single time. We cook six eggs at least twice a week in our house, and the egg cooker has turned this dreaded chore into a fun task.
