Does the job almost effortlessly!
It didn’t take long for me to love this machine. Easy to use and even easier to clean after use. I previously had a different brand but it constantly leaked and was extremely hard to clean. I first used this on an ottoman that looked terrible after a spill. A couple of swipes and it was gone. I then spot cleaned some stains on my bedroom carpet. One had been there for a year even though had I tried getting it up using various products. It came up immediately with this! The machine and its cleaning solutions are head and shoulders above anything else I’ve ever used, including my upright carpet cleaner. The cleaning solutions has a light, pleasant smell and gets out the toughest stains. I also liked that the ottoman and carpet didn’t feel wet afterwards, just slightly damp. I don’t have much room for storage in my apartment but this stowed away nicely in a small closet. So glad I bought this!

The machine doesn’t leak, is quite compact and thoughtfully designed.It has worked very well for fresh dog pee stains but not so good on older ones. I am shocked at how dirty the water gets which means my last pro carpet cleaner didn’t do such a great job (and that was just a few months ago).Be aware that the two solutions included have no ingredients listed on the labels (they come from China). The first time I used it, smelling the deep clean solution caused me to have an asthma attack. I have used it since then while on Zyrtec and diluted per tank levels recommendations and it hasn’t bothered me.

I really wanted to love this but the suction just isn’t there to get really clean. I’m also frustrated with all the different configurations they offer as I thought I was getting one with more tools and it only came with two attachments.

Disappointing Performance – Not Recommended for Pet StainsI absolutely do not recommend this product. Unfortunately, it has very poor suction. I hate to leave a negative review, but the main reason I purchased this was to clean carpeted stairs affected by pet urine, and it completely failed to do the job.The machine doesn’t seem to create a proper lather with the shampoo, and it certainly doesn’t perform as expected. After repeatedly going over the same areas with considerable effort, the machine picked up very little liquid. I ended up returning it.If you’re trying to remove pet urine from carpets, especially on stairs, this isn’t the right tool. I’ll now have to hire a professional to get the job done. This product might be suitable for light touch-ups, but it’s definitely not built for heavy-duty cleaning.

Before and after photos show the work. I wish the suction was stronger on the middle size head. I had to do most of this with the small head. It took multiple passes and treatments but it got the spilled cola stain out. I cleaned my whole Corolla in maybe 2 hours then clean up time. The tank held a lot of dirty water. I ran out of the orange concentrated solution before the blue solution. Easy to clean and dry. The self cleaning feature is a must. The whole reason I got this unit

Works as described
This is very compact, easy to use, and I love the self-cleaning attachment. I use it for cleaning furniture, spots on large area rugs and have even cleaned one of my large area rugs.The suction is also great and allows for quick drying

This machine is very easy to carry from room to room and is very effective. Very durable. We have had our dog for almost 15 months and have placed a rug under her kennel so it wasn’t as bland. Accidents happen and let’s just say the rug needed a good cleaning. This machine worked wonders!! Our house is completely hardwood but we have many rugs and I can’t wait to use it on them as well. Worth the money!!
