Good duster and scrubber but squeegee is marginal
I was really excited to get this window cleaning system and am mostly happy with it. The dusting pad worked well and helped to get most of the loose dirt off my windows and window sills. I had never thought of doing this step first so I think having the duster is an important first step! Some of the fibers got stuck on my stucco when cleaning my exterior windows and came loose, though. The scrubbing pads work really well! They get the edges really clean but the rounded corners don’t quite get the corners clean. The rotating head was a little stiff at first and it took some getting used to but I figured it out after using it a bit. I appreciated having the extension rods and found that the length I chose made a difference in how well I was able to maneuver the head. I’m not too thrilled with the squeegee though. The ends are floppy and did not get the edges clean. I had to go over all the edges with a microfiber cloth. Still, they helped me get my windows really clean with the help of the amazing microfiber cloths I bought as well as ditching the Windex and splurging on Perfect Glass. The combination of those three items made my windows sparkling clean and look almost like they have been waxed! My husband is happy because I was about ready to hire a company to come clean my windows because I hadn’t been able to get them as clean as I liked for a few years.

Pull loose strings from duster before use.
I tried the duster on my walls that are NOT rough. Strands of the duster were falling out onto my wall. 1/2 of strands fell off easily before the duster head stopped shedding

Ineffective for windows
Ok for dusting floors but not windows which is why I purchased. The shape of the heads corners are rounded and do not fit in tight corners. The squeegee part is flimsy and does not remove the water with out streaks and always has about a wet inch around the outside of the window you can not clean off. Another negative bonus is the water runs directly down the pole and then your arm and clothes. I will try to return for sure.

Not the best squeegee
We got this for window washing only. Good pole length easy to assemble but like other person stated water runs down your arms. Scrubber cloth material is good but unable to get into tight corners. Light weight. However, the most important part for window washing is the squeegee. The rubber part was floppy, left streaks, and had a bend in the middle which left a row of three water drip lines. I’m returning it. The product video of washing windows didn’t represent how it performed at my home.
